Floor was sticky and pet urine stains on the walls. Pool was closed the entire 4 days we stayed. Had to fight with the desk person to get an extra towel, 2 towels and 3 people staying in the room. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Tornado sirens went off and staff had no clue where we were supposed to go in the event of a tornado!!

We were not that impressed. The cost of the room was reasonable. The room was clean. The staff were nice. The pillows were horrible. Sheets & blankets were very thin. Bed was not comfortable. Traffic sound noisy and the fan made a very loud noise. I didn't complain to staff as we were only there to sleep. Plus I put on a sleep noise app to drown out the sounds. Left at 3:30 AM

Dirty, wreaked of animals and found urine in the toilet upon arrival. Pool closed. Plastic whiskey bottle in floor, candy wrappers under the bed, roaches in bathroom. Breakfast was waffles & not much else. Stay away from this property.

The cleanliness of my room was good, but not very good or excellent. There were some residues on the bed spread of the bed I didn't use. Ditto for the rug.
The toilet seat was broken and pinched my butt when I sat on it.
My main complaint was there was no food for breakfast that was not toxic to me. I can't eat sugars and refined starches. An egg would have been welcome.

I asked for towels and toilet paper, via text, to which I was never responded. The day after checking in, I was woken up by maintenance banging on the door with a clipboard, whom I thought was responding to my earlier message about towels and TP, but instead they denied my request and told me it was time to leave when I still had 2 days on my reservation. I had to argue with the blonde gentleman and tell him I still had 2 more days; he said he’d be back with clarification and never returned after I stood in the doorway for 20 minutes waiting to know if I was supposed to stay or go. A different maintenance guy showed up so I asked him, and he said I wasn’t on his list. Finally, on the third day, both of our keys stopped working so we were locked out of our room and had to get them reprogrammed.

It was not very clean at all. The mattress covers were stained terribly. The shower would not drain properly. Also the language barrier was very bad. I would not stay there again even if the room was free

We chose this site as I stayed before here. The pool was closed and that was the reason we came. They never had that on the site we booked from. Then the heater didn't work in the room, blow cold air all night. We didn't have plans to do anything but swim so I had to spend extra money to go somewhere for the evening. I was very disappointed as I had kids with me who was looking forward to this weekend.

The Television in my room continued to FREEZE the frames for 5 seconds to as long as 3 minutes. I stayed 3 nights and despite numerous calls to the front desk, the TV picture frame freezing continued. I texted photos of the frozen frames but no response. The front desk said that it was a CABLE TV problem due to the "wind". The TV Channels were not on Cable- but on an ANALOG antenna. I travel to Columbia once per month so I will stay at another hotel.

Booked a stay here so our kids could use the indoor pool between games for state. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was closed and asked for our money back since that was literally the only reason we booked a room there. The owner informed us that he would cancel the room and notify the third party, expedia, so I could receive a refund. They failed to notify Expedia and I was out over $300 and had to spend another $300 on a room elsewhere.

We got to the hotel to check in, we get to the room to check the room out and the beds in one room has hair strands all in the bed,floor wasn’t swept, empty bottles behind the tv. And The tub was dirty. Rooms was not cleaned at all.

Unfortunately all amenities were poor. The pool was indefinitely out of service, breakfast was cereal or toast only, the room was dirty with used toilet plunger and a sticky bathroom floor, and the AC unit did not work. We had to ask for blankets for the beds other than a single bedsheet and thin mattress topper provided. But the shower and tub worked fine, the room size was good, and it was a quiet stay.
