It could be a good experience; however, since the moment I checked in, I noticed I had been charged twice. This is because when I book with Expedia, I fully pay for my stay. But when I got to the hotel, they charged my card an additional $270, plus $50 extra for something I do not know. When I noticed the charges, I immediately went to the front desk and let the person at the desk know of the extra charges. She said that it would be deleted. Three days later, at the time of my checkout, I reminded the front desk person of the double charges. He looks confused about what I was talking about, but assures me the manager will call me to discuss the double charges. Two days have passed since I checked out, and no one has contacted me yet; the charges are still there. I am disappointed with how things turned out. I'm not sure if EXPEDIA did not have clear communication with the hotel, or the hotel personnel are trying to play smart with me. I need an answer.

We loved how close it was to the Idaho Falls River Trail system - you walk right out the door, cross the road and walk 0.25 mile to the parkway trail! It was close to places to eat....we walked there too. This property was quiet and the pillows were comfortable.
The breakfast was very simple - toast/bagel/muffin, yougurt, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, juice/coffee/tea/milk were the choices.
While the pillows were comfortable, the beds were not. I tossed and turned and my husband woke up with a sore back. Our kids didn't seem to sleep well.
We also noticed these little nats on top of the bathroom ceiling and the drain in the tub drained too slowly butbwe were happy the shower curtain was clean and it had hot running water.
No pool or hot tub, our kids were looking forward to that. :(

The location is excellent within walking distance of dining, the river walk and some small shopping. The room could've been cleaner, the furniture was worn, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too hard. All of the furnishing were tired, frayed, or chipped. TV worked. Outside side door entry did not work. Staff was helpful. A low cost place to stay.

No coffee cups by the coffee, but coffee cups in the room and no coffee.You had to go back to your room to get a cup. Exit and entrance doors were not working properly, so you had to go around to the other side of the property. Otherwise everything was okay. No pamphlet in the room to tell you about amenities close by.

They gave us an occupied room on the second floor, which we lugged our luggage through steps and narrow hallways , to only find the room was occupied. The lobby, trash cans were overflowing and half of the machine said out of order. We did get a refund, however.

Sketchy staff. Place was very dirty. Phone and TV services were from the 1980s. Breakfast was terrible with very little variety. Front desk did not have change for vending machines. Homeless people living behind the hotel.

The first room i was put in was disgusting. Staind carpet smelled like pets and cigarette smoke. The room i was moved to was just s bad. The carpets in the entire building are dirty. I wanted a refund so i could stay at a nucer hotel and i was refused my refund. All charged the $50 holding fee and im told it will take at least 10 business days for it to be returned to me.
