Super 8 by Wyndham Oceanside Downtown

Rooms appear newly remodeled; very nice.

The service received varied with who was at the front desk. When we checked in, the guy on duty gave us two defective keys, then acted as though we were to blame, and took two new keys up personally to demonstrate their use. Further, the ice machine takes quarters, but the sign on it says one can request quarters at the front desk. When I did, he said, one was all I needed. When I asked another day and a woman was on duty she was very friendly and asked how many quarters I wanted.

Room was not cleaned and got bed bug bites all over my legs.

The first room given to me already had people in there. They gave me another that smelled horrible

Too expensive for the environment dirty bathroom as well

I was expecting something worse, but the room inside was big and comfortable. We had so much space with two king beds and a couch. Every day room was cleaned and coffee for breakfast was really good . We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the stuff for a comfortable vacation.

The hotel has a good location, which made getting around convenient. However, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. When we arrived, there was a handwritten note at the front desk that simply said “restroom break”, and no staff in sight. After waiting about 10 minutes, another staff member came by and informed us that the front desk attendant was away and we’d just have to wait. After an even longer wait, that same employee finally tried to check us in, but seemed unsure of the process and struggled with the system. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $50, which was never clearly explained. The bed mattress was not very comfortable, which made sleeping a bit difficult. That said, for the price and location, it’s a decent option for a short overnight stay. Just be prepared for some bumps in the process.

Everything was perfect

We stayed in the room with 2 king beds...it was clean and spacious...only thing the we didnt like was that the room walls are very thin...you can hear the ppl talking and their tv from the room adjacent to ours.. but overall it was a good stay.

Nice place with spacious rooms and kind hosts. I highly recommend this for families.

Great place to stay if your on a budget and wanting to go to the beach the front desk was very helpful especially the female. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again

Le staff est génial. Pour le petit déj ça aurait bien si il y avait su choco chaud. On entendait bien les personnes à l’étage marcher. Sinon on est satisfait de notre séjour à super 8 oceanside.
