cocroaches & no hot water

Everything was broken down and falling apart. The bathroom was dirty and there was roaches crawling around.

the price was good, but there was no hot water. Other than that it was worth it.

There were a variety of cockroaches and bugs that visited both nights I was there, no sofa bed in rooms, no hot water, no wifi, inaccurate listing, smoke detector disabled, toilet ran all night. All 3 of us broke out in a rash from sheets. Loud Neighbor banging on my door, yelling " let me in" , people begging for cigarettes, breakfast was dry muffins , Complained and showed pictures and videos of cockroaches and was compensated a $20 inconvenience refund, gross.

Didnt like that there was no hot water .and attendant didn't say or discount room

Regretted booking this , not sure why Hotels .com is listing it , room doors don’t work , trash everywhere worst dirty stains on bedsheets and toilets was not working, only relief was able to quickly book another hotel and got refund

The room smelt like smoke should wash the walls and clean the floors the base boards were very dirty need to clean them.

Terrible place, it’s a run down hotel with cockroaches, bugs, no hot water, smell of rotten old house, compound dirty like homeless campground. Please Expedia don’t mislead people because this place is closed to the San Jose Airport. I booked for 2 nights and honestly I checked out after the first night at 4am because I can’t stand cockroaches crawling on the bed. This is like a horror movie. It’s worth zero dollars! I asked for refund the guy said call Expedia. DONT GO THERE AND READ THE REVIEWS!!

This motel is so bad I didn’t actually stay there, after realizing there was only one working light in the room, no wi fi, and no tv, I decided to leave. It was filthy, loud, and smelled bad! Absolute nightmare

there was no hot water for all the rooms in the building that I stayed I was too busy to request a refund until the 2nd day I checked out with one day refund. never going back!

I didn't like, it was dirty, with stains, there were little roaches in my room.

This place should be knocked down!!!!! This was the first time we’ve landed into this horrible place with much expectation especially this is in the Silicon and high tech area. Photos attached to see as evidence. Cockroach and tiny bugs crawling, broken bathroom door & lampshades, smoke alarm not installed. Must not pass safety and building permit requirements from the city or the condition must be reported to the city. To Hotels.com: I would recommend you should inspect the hotels before you accept them as member of your chain. We have trusted you for so long and we’re just so disappointed. We actually booked 4nights but decided to transfer to Holiday Inn Express on the 4th day, the hotel next to it, without any refund, as we were already so stressed going back to Super8. Hope you can take immediate action to this concern. We would like to request if you can consider refund of our stays and would recommend the condition of this place must be reported to the city for closure. Thanks

Broken lavatory bowl, cockroach and pathway tiles are dislocated and are a safety hazard for pitential tripping. Breakfast location and choice is mediocre. Location is so far away from rooms.

That was the worst hotel I have ever seen. It was filthy. I looked at the bathtub and you could tell it had not been cleaned in months. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was a closet with a rod and no hangers. All the room was filthy. It was so bad that the sheets and the bedding look clean, but I was afraid to get under the sheets and they’d probably be bedbugs so it was the worst

Llegué y apenas entré al cuarto estaba sucio lleno de cuacarachas definitivamente no podría quedarme hay , túve que salir a las 11 pm a buscar un hotel diferente , no vallan nunca hay nunca !

Ok ,my wife & I booked a room thru you. The hotel was an extended stay. Elk Grove 2201portdock CT So apparently I guess the hotel doesn't have guest check in after 1100pm.Because when we arrived at 1137pm we couldn't get in to the lobby because the door is locked. We proceed to use the phone to find non human contact a message . Our cats were on that trip to Elk Grove and thay where sick so I was stressed I admit but it's all good the hotel really did look nice but I couldn't tell you how the staff was.Because thay where too busy to reach.if you guys want me to tell. You about my booking in April,it sucked . By
