The hotel design is gorgeous. Corner room lake side was beautiful with a glorious sun rise every morning. West side city view was just as beautiful. Staff were amazing. A must stay.

Excellent location, Clean property, spacious rooms, nice bed & nice bar area. There was a discrepancy with our bill, as we were charged for water that we did not have. Overall, excellent! And would go back.

It’s ridiculous I paid $116 for valet parking when the staff clearly stated it was $70 a night and they also have a sign stating this price. I do not recommend this hotel due to the hidden fees and the valet costing near the same as the hotel room.

Great location with very nice views from the room. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.
The only negatives were that the grab and go breakfast is not very good, especially for the price. I would recommend getting breakfast somewhere outside the hotel. Also, my room had an annoying high-pitched sound that was off-and-on all night that seemed to be coming from the HVAC, but I did not experience this in a different room.

This hotel was wonderful and the location was perfect to walk to all attractions!
The lady at check in did not explain that they would take out a $300 security deposit (no issue, would just like to be informed). She also did not let us know that we would have a $15 room credit per day which we missed out on the first two days. Also if you elect to not have the room cleaned daily you’d get an extra $10 per day credit totaling $25. This was the only issue, other than that a great hotel with a great staff

First time at this hotel and i really enjoyed it! The room was very nice and had many windows with views of the city and the water. Navy pier was only a 28 min walk from there. The parking is a little pricey but there are parking garages around there as well. We did overnight parking since we were not planning on driving around. It’s a very nice hotel very clean and quiet. Will be booking here again!

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews. My stay was a disaster from the moment that we arrived. GPS signal kept getting lost because it does not recognize the hotels. In order to find the hotel you have to put in “The Palm”, which is the restaurant that’s inside the hotel. We arrived and valet our car and went to our room. The rooms are pretty small. Our room was a king size bed with a lake and river view. The view was absolutely beautiful however, in order to see the view you had to be completely in the window. Bathroom had hair all over the place. It was not my hair. I have braids and my boyfriend is bald. I had to call them to re-clean the bathroom. At night, you can hear a lot of the traffic, doors opening and closing. We left our car, parked in valet and decided to take a Uber and go to dinner. Dinner was amazing. The next morning we checked out to head back home. We gave valet our ticket and received our car. However, our car did not come back to us the way that we left it. Valet has damage it the upsetting part about it. No one was going to tell us. We just happen to see that our mirror was damaged. Took pictures of the damage and spoke to the owner of the valet service and management of the hotel. We hope that they do the right thing. I will definitely never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely loved my experience staying at this hotel. It was my first time visiting Chicago as a solo traveler and I felt safe the whole time I was there. I also appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Chicago.
