The welcome staff were excellent. They offer free coffee in lobby and they have a lounge for wine and cocktails. The room was not bad. It had a smell of older furniture, which wasn't off-putting but just reminded me of my grandma's house. However, it was still comfortable and clean. The AC in our room was very loud. Bathroom was nice.

Hotel was very very charming and modern. Bed was comfortable our room had a make up/coffee station area. We had a lot of room to spread out. There is an adorable courtyard with seating, a water fountain and lovely honeysuckle growing which makes it smell so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!!! Staff was helpful. So close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants and a CVS.

The staff at the front desk were super accommodating and very nice. It's nice that they have a "Happy Hour" and the cocktails are very reasonably priced. The room and bedding were very clean. Would recommend staying here.

Our 2 night stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is perfectly located, just minutes from SFO, BART, and the Caltrain station. A wide variety of restaurants are just steps away, making dining out a breeze. Ana and the rest of the staff were incredibly warm, hospitable, and accommodating. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Standard hotel with decent amenities. Great location for convenient public transport to the airport or to nearby downtowns.
The rooms have thin walls and ceilings however. We had lots of noise come through the floor above us at times

Upon checking in, there was no one at the reception desk although the person was sitting in front of a computer in an office directly behind the desk. I had to call her attention so she could check me in. If she was going to be away from the reception should have been continually glancing in that direction to make sure no one was waiting to be helped.

My initial impression was not the best, but the comfort level, design and overall atmosphere changed my mind. I’ve traveled a lot and I cannot ever remember staying in hotel with such soft and comfortable sheets and towels. I also loved the detailed design elements. The hotel has clearly been lovingly remodeled and was incredibly clean. I was incredibly comfortable in the bed and slept well. Now to go backwards to my initial impression. I chose to stay book due to dropping my daughter off at the airport at 2:45am. It would be a 2 hour drive home, so I decided to find a hotel in which to sleep. I booked it 2 days ahead of time and I called to ask if there is someone in reception 24/7 since I would arrive so late. I also asked if there was ample parking. I was give an assured yes. No one asked my name, etc. When I arrived at 3am, the receptionist seemed annoyed and told me she’d already charged my prepaid reservation as a “no show.” She said I should have call to say I would show up as late as I did. I told her that I did call but did not realize I needed to alert them. (Plus no one asked when I told them my situation). At first I had the impression she’d given my room away. Thankfully, I still had a room but I could tell it annoyed the her. Additionally, all the parking was full and I had to park on the street. I’d hoped to sleep in until right before check-out since I hadn’t slept much, but I needed to move my car before 10am since I would get a ticket otherwise.

You get what you pay for, it’s right next to the BART which takes you to the airport so it’s insanely convenient. Decent restaurants within walking distance. Moderately clean room.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the course of three years. We love how easy it is to get around, and how many restaurants are nearby. There is a great staff. They clean the rooms, offer free parking, and continue to offer amenities other hotels have taken away. It always feels safe and clean! Which is a major plus when traveling with kids.

空港から近く治安は悪くなさそう。建物は改装したのか綺麗だがモーテルっぽい作り。
交通は空港から電車で一駅だが5ドル50セントと高め。朝食と送迎無し。部屋のWi-Fiは繋がりが良い。部屋に冷蔵庫無し。受付とロビーが狭い。
