Sante was wonderful at check in, storing our bikes and at check out! King sized bed was comfy, room very small, nice bathroom / shower. All very clean. Complimentary Wine 5 - 7. continental breakfast had excellent choices and we were able to sit on outdoor patio on 2nd floor to enjoy our meal and people watch.

This hotel is perfect for family or solo. The staffs are excellent!! Services are great! Can’t complain for cleanliness, and location is excellent!

The property is well-maintained and the staff was excellent—very welcoming and helpful. The location is also great. However, the room felt too small for my comfort. I felt a bit claustrophobic, and there wasn’t much privacy unless I kept the curtains fully closed, which made the space feel even more confined. There wasn’t enough room to open two suitcases comfortably. It may suit others, but personally, it just didn’t work for me.

Dejligt hotel med meget centralt beliggenhed med 50meter til metro.
Morgen maden er ikke frisk med alle varene er ud af boksen. Kaffen smagte af kanel de sidste to dage. Morgenmads personaler var lav sandart, men personalet i frontdesk var super gode og hjælpsomme.

The rooms are tiny with just enough room for 1 person to walk around the bed. You’ll need to keep your belongings very tidy as there’s not too much room to store them. However, this small hotel is making the most of their limited space! Nice patio to enjoy some people watching while you drink your coffee on the 2nd floor. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean!

While the room was clean and comfortable, I was very disappointed with the surprise $34 “amenities fee” that was charged at check-in. This fee was mandatory and supposedly covered access to the gym and breakfast—but it felt like a hidden cost that should have been made clear before booking. If I had known, I would have chosen a different hotel.
As for the breakfast, it was underwhelming: just stale bagels, two types of pastry, and some oatmeal. No eggs, no cheese, no hot options—definitely not worth the extra charge. The room also didn’t have a hairdryer, which is a basic amenity most hotels provide.
Overall, a nice room overshadowed by poor transparency and disappointing services. Feels like a modern form of robbery.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura, funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos. Localização do hotel e muito boa, com muitas linhas de metrô próximas e fácil acesso a todos os lugares importantes, recomendo conhecerem o One World Observatory que está a algumas quadras e o hotel possui cupom de desconto.
Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento do quarto, que foi solucionado rapidamente pela equipe com a troca de quarto. O que deixou uma experiência negativa foi o café da manhã que possuía pouquíssimas opções, reposição era fraca e no primeiro dia não havia mais itens quando fomos tomar café (sendo que havíamos descido com mais de 1h30 para o fim), além de que presenciamos as funcionárias do café sendo rudes com outros hóspedes para “racionar” comida.

This was a last minute decision and it ended up being a good one. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese, location to the golden bull, Battery park and loads of places to eat. Enjoyed that there is a coffee shop across the street and an Irish pub for evening cocktail and snack.
