Very friendly check in staff, offered us a bottle of wine, gave us all the options for visiting the local rec center & transportation.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, the room was comfortable and clean, carpet was a bit worn. The bed was comfortable.

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order. The inn holds a fee for incidentals yet there is nothing you can charge to your room. You cannot take an actual glass wineglass beyond the restaurant. Way too expensive for low class service

The property was undergoing construction. Our door was boarded up, couldn't see outside the window from the scaffolding. The pool and hot tub were also closed

We liked that the Buttermilk ski lifts were right behind the Inn. The room was recently updated and very comfortable. Having a restaurant/bar in the Inn was very convenient. We also appreciated having a free shuttle to take us to the other ski resorts.

Amazing location, great skiing location for kids. This is the Aspen location with the ski school. Walking out to lifts is amazing. Great shuttle bus to airport and to downtown.
