staff was the best! Helped me print my broadway tickets and didnt let me forget my 200.00 cash deposit when I checked out. No ice machine on the floor. Room is small but clean. View is of China Town in Flushings New York. Its right next door to Target and CVS, so that was helpful, but a uber from there to times square is 71-104.00

I mean for the price ... it was pretty good. I was able to check in early. The staff is very helpful.. I called the night before and asked about the deposit so i already knew it was a 200 dollar deposit.. got it back right away after my checkout. They even give you the option to do the deposit in cash. The room although a beautiful view did have some areas you can tell it was old but honestly thats most of new york hotels even sometimes the more expensive ones. You cant have it all in new york .. for me the service, transportation, area, staff, the view and space of my room was great and i picked that over super modern.. because of pricing. If you arent trying to spend the big dollars i say this place was ideal ... and you know what to get based off the reviews .

Rooms were comfortable. There is a funky smell in the hallways. The breakfast is minimal with cereal, waffle, and lots of bread choices. There is a pot of rice and Aisan dumplings. Nothing but Aisan restaurants in the area. Hotel is convenient to access the bus or subway. Easy walk to Citi Field to see the Mets.

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Flushing, close to subway Line 7. I usually love to watch the sunset over Manhattan skyline on the rooftop bar but was disappointed that the barman was only available at 6:30, more than half an hour after the sunset on my first day, and despite it was written the bar opens at 6 pm! Fortunately the next day NYC shifted to Summer time and I could enjoy it…

There was a lot of renovations going on so the amenities that are tagged to this hotel were not as we thought they would be. The rooftop bar was inside in a very small area where we couldn’t even get service. The 2 restaurants on site were not in business as well. The bathroom had several broken tiles and no hot water for a shower. The free breakfast was ransacked through by the time we got there and it was not properly maintained throughout the breakfast hours. The only convenience about this hotel is you can walk to citi field from there which takes about 15 minutes.
