Our particular room smelled like smoke. Someone was definitely smoking cigarettes there before us and I guess they couldn’t get the smell out. Room was otherwise clean. Everything is dated in the room, carpet looks old.

El hotel es muy bonito aunque el servicio no es al 100% lo que uno espera. Dos de las 3 noches no nos hicieron el cuarto en la tarde, los servicios de restaurante son limitados. Solo hay un restaurante y cierran a las 11 pm. Nos toco pedir room service. Por lo demás bien. El personal es amable en especial Víctor el portero.

The hotel just feels tired. The overall feeling of service just does not fit the price. That is what was most disappointing, but coming from Europe the US professionalism and level of the staff just cannot match. I also did not like the lobby, it just feels cramped and tired, I could have been anywhere, the whole hotel felt more like a business hotel rather than anything Luxury. I don’t think it was anybody’s fault, the staff are all incredibly nice and kind, helpful, and I did not have any issues, I just would never go back for that price. It was not worth it sadly
