This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is ideal, walking distance to so many of the downtown cultural attractions in Philadelphia. It is also an incredible value. We stayed one night (Monday) and got a suite for four people (two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a kitchen and living room) for the price one might pay for a single night in a room with one double bed anywhere in the Manhattan area. Dining options in the area are so good, it was difficult to choose.
This was the perfect suite for dropping my teen off at a concert. Teen and friend had their own room, husband and I had our own room, and the kitchen was useful for the takeout that the kids got late-night after the concert.
The staff here is wonderfully welcoming and professional.
I think it's highly likely we'll stay here again on our next visit to Philadelphia.

We had a lovely stay at the Windsor Suites. Perfectly located. Stayed on the 24th floor with all amenities at our fingertips. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Wonderful experience. We would definitely book again.

The room size of the suite was large and more than we needed. Room service cleaning did a great job.
I didn't like how one of the queen beds was sloped because the box spring was broken. So sleeping slanted was not fun.
Also the kitchen area was a bit dated with a gas stove that had knobs on the front which was not child friendly. And the toilet made noises all night.

Stayed here for my wedding and it was amazing the view the size of the room were great! My check in was seamless but the line behind me for checkin was ridiculously long, they absolutely need a better check in process there was just a small counter with 2 people checking in and it was held up because of an issue with another guest. Besides that staff was great and would highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at the Windsor Suites. The front desk staff were overall very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great for walking both for our historical tour and to college visits. There were many restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Con Murphy's (the Irish pub attached to the hotel). Valet parking was expensive and slow.
