Tru by Hilton Mobile

Very clean and safe hotel. Beds were a little hard. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Wasn’t to found of the general area the property was in. However it seemed safe and was quite.

I like the fact that it is quiet. Yet convenient to food and shopping.

Nice breakfast area and choice of breakfast Items. The only problem I had was that my credit card was denied , when I have used it everywhere else , day before and day of at other venues so not sure what that was about

Gr8 stay!

We were without hot water on the last night of my stay. I didn't see an announcement stating so. I only found out by trying to shower and noting that the hot water didn't work. The next morning, after asking the front desk, I was told then that the hot water was out, but that maintenance was working on it.

Properties are always nice, newer style and good all around. Problem with no hot water in the morning when the weather outside was in the 30's. Front desk said they were working on it and its understandable but really inconvenient. As we were leaving, I heard the hot water was fixed but too late for us as we had already checked out.

The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very well at all, we reported that as we left. The room was clean in the shower worked fine. Breakfast is very basic scrambled eggs, English sausage, I believe it’s called which is like kielbasa, toast, hard boiled eggs, and your juices and coffee. they had cereal-about five kinds I believe, and milk. No bacon, no regular sausage patties, no breakfast potatoes/hashbrowns. It was free, and it was OK, but I really have had much better. I really wanted to go into town to a restaurant, but we were short on time. I would consider staying here again, but I didn’t like having to set up a new Hilton account to get Wi-Fi. I already have a Hilton account and I couldn’t make that one work.

Rooms & baths are too small to make a comfortable stay.

We have stayed at this Tru by Hilton before and enjoyed our stay again this time. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and has a great breakfast. We look forward to future stays here.
