The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of space. Our children’s room had an issue with the AC but it was fixed quickly. I especially loved that they had a filtered water filling station in the lobby. The aesthetic of the lobby and sitting areas were very nice.

Great hotel. A tiny bit far from the national mall for walking but certainly doable and Ubers and taxis are plentiful.

While it was flagged in advance by email, I must voice my surprise at the "Guest Amenity Fee" of USD 30 per night. This fee purports to reflect facilities that would be complimentary in most other hotels. Indeed, the rooftop pool was closed when I stayed so, in effect, you are being charged, at least partially, for a facility you could not use. Plus while the gym is fine, it is small and hardly justifies inclusion in an amenity fee. Suggest the hotel should build such charges into the room rates.

Stayed here a couple of times now and love the consistency of the hotel. Great spaces and beautiful artwork on the walls. Rooms are comfortable and a good value for their rates. Valet parking is a little expensive but that might be their parking partner's issue.

Average hotel in a decent walkable area. Hotel amenities are minimal. I couldn’t find ways to spend the daily credit so didn’t use it most days.
My room on the 9th floor was near to some mechanical equipment (the engineer said the boiler room) that would switch on and off particularly during the night. It was loud enough to hear and caused vibrations in the room. I told reception and they sent the engineer up but that was it. All he did was to say it was probably the boiler room above my room. They did not follow up to ask if it continued to be an issue or if I would prefer to switch rooms.
