Hotel ini bagus. Ada banyak tempat yang indah untuk berfoto. Staf yang berdedikasi. Saya datang lebih awal, tetapi belum waktunya untuk check-in tetapi didukung oleh pihak hotel untuk check-in lebih awal. Lain kali saya memiliki kesempatan untuk datang ke Phu Quoc, saya pasti akan memesan kamar di sini

We had a really great time in this place. The Staff is amazing and the bungalow option makes you feel immersed in nature. The Breakfast is huge, and the beach and the swimming pool are perfect for the best sunset ever! We Loved it!

My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience.

前回ホテルの口コミを記載させていただきましたので、今回はホテル内のスパ（バンブースパ）に関して口コミさせていただきます。 ホテルは良かったのですが、残念ながらスパに関しては街中のスパの方が良かった感じです。 60分のオイルマッサージを頼みましたが、マッサージスタッフの方が終わった瞬間にフィニッシュといい、そのまま退室されました。 私は体中オイル塗れでタオルも渡されませんでした。街中のスパも試しましたが最後は暖かいタオルで拭き取ってくれましたが、バンブースパではありませんでした。 金額もそれなりにするのでその辺りは改善して欲しいと思いました。

incredible location right on the first line on the beach. good air conditioning, fairly modern design. of the minuses I will note the non-working bath and poor cleaning before check-in. neither the bath nor the shower nor the glass were washed, there is dirt and dust everywhere, this is disappointing to be honest. breakfasts are absolutely mediocre, they need to focus not on the quantity of dishes but on their quality. overall, due to the excellent location, we got good impressions

Muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas (bungalow king). Desayuno con una buena variedad de opciones vietnamitas y occidentales. Localización muy tranquila a 15-20 mins en coche del núcleo de Phu Quoc y quizá un poco más alejado de las atracciones tanto al norte como al sur. Playa preciosa y piscina agradable.

スタッフさんも非常に寄り添ってくれて非常に親切でした。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しく海も近くとても良かったです。 残念な点として、トイレとお風呂は外にあるので虫は覚悟しないといけません。 また、隣室や上階、下階の音がかなり聞こえます！普通の会話レベルが筒抜けです。 寝るのに耳栓は必須です。そういったことを気にする方にはオススメ出来ませんが、それ以外に関しては非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。

Veldig fint hotell! vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse ved å bo her. Rommet var ryddig, personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk hjelp til transport fra rommet til resepsjonen og omvendt når vi hadde behov. Ved innsjekk og utsjekk hjalp personalet også med å bære bagasjen. Utsjekk gikk veldig ryddig og raskt. Hotellet hadde også gratis shuttlebuss til flyplassen. Bassengområdet, stranden og restauranten var strålende. Vi koste oss veldig med å bo her og vil med glede anbefale dette stedet til venner og familie!

The property is very unique. I was only there one full day and 2 nights. The jungle bungalow on the 2nd floor was like being in a treehouse. The beach is private and easily accessible and the pool is lovely and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful and enjoyed from the beach could be a very romantic evening. The food was adequate for the time I was there. If you did a 4-5 day stay, you may want to venture out of the resort but nothing is walkable, you would need to arrange transportation. The breakfast offered is very nice, large variety of food

Tolle Anlage, wunderbarer Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück und täglich mehrere happyHours an denen die Cocktails sehr gut zubereitet werden. Hatten das ocean breeze bungalow, leider ebenerdig. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage ist besser da geschützt vor vorbeilaufenden Gästen. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, diese ist aber mit dem Roller gut erreichbar. Vor der Anlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist das ramputan. Hier gibt es den besten talapia mit auf der Welt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice resort although it was very quiet even over the Easter weekend. Food and drink is expensive by Vietnamese standards. The best meal we had was at a pizza restaurant called the Spot, just on the road outside the resort gate. The pizza was the best we have ever had anywhere and the service was to match. Lovely wines and free desserts were a bonus. It was recommended to us by other guests and our meal there was the highlight of our evenings on the island. Would highly recommend it

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dining options are good, not 5 star but still lots of variety. Overall its a great experience in a beautiful location. We have been to some nice resorts in Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, etc and this experience ranks right up there. If you want a new experience, try Vietnam on for size.

前回ホテルの口コミを記載させていただきましたので、今回はホテル内のスパ（バンブースパ）に関して口コミさせていただきます。 ホテルは良かったのですが、残念ながらスパに関しては街中のスパの方が良かった感じです。 60分のオイルマッサージを頼みましたが、マッサージスタッフの方が終わった瞬間にフィニッシュといい、そのまま退室されました。 私は体中オイル塗れでタオルも渡されませんでした。街中のスパも試しましたが最後は暖かいタオルで拭き取ってくれましたが、バンブースパではありませんでした。 金額もそれなりにするのでその辺りは改善して欲しいと思いました。

Muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas (bungalow king). Desayuno con una buena variedad de opciones vietnamitas y occidentales. Localización muy tranquila a 15-20 mins en coche del núcleo de Phu Quoc y quizá un poco más alejado de las atracciones tanto al norte como al sur. Playa preciosa y piscina agradable.

スタッフさんも非常に寄り添ってくれて非常に親切でした。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しく海も近くとても良かったです。 残念な点として、トイレとお風呂は外にあるので虫は覚悟しないといけません。 また、隣室や上階、下階の音がかなり聞こえます！普通の会話レベルが筒抜けです。 寝るのに耳栓は必須です。そういったことを気にする方にはオススメ出来ませんが、それ以外に関しては非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。

Veldig fint hotell! vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse ved å bo her. Rommet var ryddig, personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk hjelp til transport fra rommet til resepsjonen og omvendt når vi hadde behov. Ved innsjekk og utsjekk hjalp personalet også med å bære bagasjen. Utsjekk gikk veldig ryddig og raskt. Hotellet hadde også gratis shuttlebuss til flyplassen. Bassengområdet, stranden og restauranten var strålende. Vi koste oss veldig med å bo her og vil med glede anbefale dette stedet til venner og familie!

The property is very unique. I was only there one full day and 2 nights. The jungle bungalow on the 2nd floor was like being in a treehouse. The beach is private and easily accessible and the pool is lovely and relaxing. Sunsets are beautiful and enjoyed from the beach could be a very romantic evening. The food was adequate for the time I was there. If you did a 4-5 day stay, you may want to venture out of the resort but nothing is walkable, you would need to arrange transportation. Tolle Anlage, wunderbarer Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück und täglich mehrere happyHours an denen die Cocktails sehr gut zubereitet werden. Hatten das ocean breeze bungalow, leider ebenerdig. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage ist besser da geschützt vor vorbeilaufenden Gästen. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, diese ist aber mit dem Roller gut erreichbar. Vor der Anlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist das ramputan. Hier gibt es den besten talapia mit auf der Welt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice resort although it was very quiet even over the Easter weekend. Food and drink is expensive by Vietnamese standards. The best meal we had was at a pizza restaurant called the Spot, just on the road outside the resort gate. The pizza was the best we have ever had anywhere and the service was to match. Lovely wines and free desserts were a bonus. It was recommended to us by other guests and our meal there was the highlight of our evenings on the island. Would highly recommend it

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dining options are good, not 5 star but still lots of variety. Overall its a great experience in a beautiful location. We have been to some nice resorts in Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, etc and this experience ranks right up there. If you want a new experience, try Vietnam on for size.
