Amazing breakfast so many choices, buffet and à la carte. Staff are all so lovely, friendly & helpful, can’t do enough for you. Great location too close to old quarter, the cathedral and the lake. Would definitely choose to stay here again

The staff were so friendly and helpful. As first time travellers to Vietnam they made it easy to feel comfortable right from the moment we walked in. The doorman even spoke a little Maori, not something we expected to hear so far from home and it really drove home the fact that the staff here go to great lengths to make their guests' stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Our room was clean, the breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Everything overall was perfect, we loved our stay here. Thanks so much, we will be right back to Solaria as soon as we can return to Vietnam.

What a wonderful stay that we had at Solaria. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! Do yourself a favor and get the Bun Cha for breakfast off the menu. I got this at the recommendation of the staff and it was incredible. My husband and I ended up getting it every morning.

ホアンキエム湖近くに立地し、旧市街にも近く観光に大変便利。チェックイン時には丁寧すぎるくらい観光の情報含めて説明が行き届いていました。私の場合、航空便の関係でチェックアウトが朝５時であることを伝えると、テイクアウト用にと朝食を用意してくれました。おまけにベトナムコーヒーのお土産まで付けてくれていて、サプライズでした！　ハノイに行くことがあれば次もリピートします。ありがとうございました！

From the get go I can’t begin to say enough good things about the Solaria Hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Kind, gracious, and smiling. Genuinely smiling and happy to welcome me to the property. A cold glass of juice, a cold towel, and a sweet piece of cake was presented within a minute. Delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing out of place. I highly recommend the Solaria for your next visit to Hanoi.

Solaria was our favorite hotel during our stay in Vietnam. Initially, we were not happy because the two rooms we booked were not on the same floor, however, the manager understood our concerns and upgraded us to adjacent rooms the next day. The breakfast options are amazing - particularly for vegetarians and vegans. Other than the vast variety of fruit and breads, the a la carte menu with vegan options such as avocado toast and other vegan dishes (grilled tofu pho) are also included in the breakfast, which is never the case in other hotels. When we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, they packed tasty sandwiches, fruits, and muffins for us. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was always ready to help us. We are extremely impressed with this hotel's service. When we checked out, the hotel gave us a farewell gift, which was very thoughtful. Another huge perk is that the hotel is very close to the city center with the hop-on hop-off bus and other attractions near by. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel if they come to Hanoi.

Our stay at Solaria Hotel Hanoi was absolutely exceptional! While it is a smaller boutique hotel without big-chain amenities, it more than makes up for it with incredible service, character, and quality. It honestly surpasses larger hotels because of it! From arrival, everything was seamless. The hotel arranged a private airport transfer, and a bellboy came out down the block to greet us and carry our bags. We were welcomed by David, who was amazing. Warm, friendly, and efficient, he made us feel at home right away. During check-in, we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels, and David personally ensured everything was perfect. The honeymoon touches with towel art and rose petals were such a special surprise! The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities and amazing linens. Daria, the Director of Client Experience, was phenomenal! She greeted us by name at breakfast and recommended a Ninh Binh tour that became a highlight of our trip. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the rooftop bar was another standout with great food and drinks. Alistor provided excellent service! They also arranged our departure transfer, prepared breakfast to go, and gifted us a coffee drip set, which was a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend Solaria. Truly unforgettable!

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower water pressure was great. After a long day of outings it felt great to come back to a comfortable bed. The hotel is located very close to the church in the old quarter and everything is walking distance. We also thought the massage at their spa was one of the best ones. And of course the roof top bar made exceptionally affordable cocktails! You can’t beat the price for the comfort in Old Quarter. Thank you Solaria for your hospitality!

Clean and in the middle of everything! Me and my partner enjoyed our stay here. There was live music and the drinks were good!! Most that stood out though is that the staff were very attentive. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Even recommended a time to when we should leave for the airport. 😄 There was also a mini parting gift which is really sweet. Really recommend!!

Amazing breakfast so many choices, buffet and à la carte. Staff are all so lovely, friendly & helpful, can’t do enough for you. Great location too close to old quarter, the cathedral and the lake. Would definitely choose to stay here again

The staff were so friendly and helpful. As first time travellers to Vietnam they made it easy to feel comfortable right from the moment we walked in. The doorman even spoke a little Maori, not something we expected to hear so far from home and it really drove home the fact that the staff here go to great lengths to make their guests' stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Our room was clean, the breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Everything overall was perfect, we loved our stay here. Thanks so much, we will be right back to Solaria as soon as we can return to Vietnam.

What a wonderful stay that we had at Solaria. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! Do yourself a favor and get the Bun Cha for breakfast off the menu. I got this at the recommendation of the staff and it was incredible. My husband and I ended up getting it every morning.

ホアンキエム湖近くに立地し、旧市街にも近く観光に大変便利。チェックイン時には丁寧すぎるくらい観光の情報含めて説明が行き届いていました。私の場合、航空便の関係でチェックアウトが朝５時であることを伝えると、テイクアウト用にと朝食を用意してくれました。おまけにベトナムコーヒーのお土産まで付けてくれていて、サプライズでした！　ハノイに行くことがあれば次もリピートします。ありがとうございました！

From the get go I can’t begin to say enough good things about the Solaria Hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Kind, gracious, and smiling. Genuinely smiling and happy to welcome me to the property. A cold glass of juice, a cold towel, and a sweet piece of cake was presented within a minute. Delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing out of place. I highly recommend the Solaria for your next visit to Hanoi.

Solaria was our favorite hotel during our stay in Vietnam. Initially, we were not happy because the two rooms we booked were not on the same floor, however, the manager understood our concerns and upgraded us to adjacent rooms the next day. The breakfast options are amazing - particularly for vegetarians and vegans. Other than the vast variety of fruit and breads, the a la carte menu with vegan options such as avocado toast and other vegan dishes (grilled tofu pho) are also included in the breakfast, which is never the case in other hotels. When we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, they packed tasty sandwiches, fruits, and muffins for us. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was always ready to help us. We are extremely impressed with this hotel's service. When we checked out, the hotel gave us a farewell gift, which was very thoughtful. Another huge perk is that the hotel is very close to the city center with the hop-on hop-off bus and other attractions near by. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel if they come to Hanoi.

Our stay at Solaria Hotel Hanoi was absolutely exceptional! While it is a smaller boutique hotel without big-chain amenities, it more than makes up for it with incredible service, character, and quality. It honestly surpasses larger hotels because of it! From arrival, everything was seamless. The hotel arranged a private airport transfer, and a bellboy came out down the block to greet us and carry our bags. We were welcomed by David, who was amazing. Warm, friendly, and efficient, he made us feel at home right away. During check-in, we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels, and David personally ensured everything was perfect. The honeymoon touches with towel art and rose petals were such a special surprise! The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities and amazing linens. Daria, the Director of Client Experience, was phenomenal! She greeted us by name at breakfast and recommended a Ninh Binh tour that became a highlight of our trip. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the rooftop bar was another standout with great food and drinks. Alistor provided excellent service! They also arranged our departure transfer, prepared breakfast to go, and gifted us a coffee drip set, which was a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend Solaria. Truly unforgettable!

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower water pressure was great. After a long day of outings it felt great to come back to a comfortable bed. The hotel is located very close to the church in the old quarter and everything is walking distance. We also thought the massage at their spa was one of the best ones. And of course the roof top bar made exceptionally affordable cocktails! You can’t beat the price for the comfort in Old Quarter. Thank you Solaria for your hospitality!

Clean and in the middle of everything! Me and my partner enjoyed our stay here. There was live music and the drinks were good!! Most that stood out though is that the staff were very attentive. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Even recommended a time to when we should leave for the airport. 😄 There was also a mini parting gift which is really sweet. Really recommend!!

Everything about this hotel is excellent!! The staff is so helpful and welcoming. We needed laundry service ready before the next day and everything was taken cared of and beyond. We would come back and recommend it. It is very well located beside His Hoan Kiem Lake.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to areas of interest. Staff were really nice and helpful, and nice rooftop bar to relax. Would definitely come back!
