I am sorry I do not remember the names of all the wonder staff. From the daytime desk staff and maitre d to all the staff I didn't mention. If we return to Wales, we indeed stop at the Celtic hotel.

Good hotel if a bit dated. No fridge or air conditioner in room which during this spell of hot weather could have been very beneficial. When I requested a room with air con we were told they didn’t have any but were moved to a larger room on request. No issues or additional cost for the change.

The hotel was clean enough and staff friendly. However, the decor of the whole building and rooms is very tired and needs a full upgrade / improvement of decor.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay making the most of the pool which was a lovely experience every evening. Sometimes we used it twice a day. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good choice of foods, both hot & cold. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The location was good, it has good parking and we would return to this hotel.

Nice hotel, food ok, spa was nice pool a bit cool. I had a "suprior" which nice but very noisy in the mornings, as it was at the front and had delivery trucks and refuge collections.

The room was fairly basic, it was very warm and difficult to open the window. The spa wasn't open when we arrived, which was disappointing.

lovely staff small bedroom ...overlooking a roof with pipes etc....you could hardly turn around in the bathroom and had to be a contortionist to use the loo roll !
otherwise the room and bathroom were clean.
the shaving mirror in the bathroom didn't work so you had to switch on the main light to go in...resulting in 10 minutes of a noisy fan .

Stayed here a few years ago and again in July 25 as a last minute decision. Gone downhill. Bed was lumpy. Carpark not well lit and hole's. Was not advised to register my vehicle which could have resulted in a fibe had i not gone for a walk.

The room was clean and spacious and facilities on point plenty of place to charge things up, staff where amazing and reception ladies made us feel very welcome. Shame about the yuppie types stood outside our window at six this morning chatting and giggling
