The bed and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious. We also at the rooftop bar 2 of the 3 nights. Food was good.

Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

Rezeption freundlich, Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber, kein Badmantel umd keine Finken. Da wir im Restaurant eine Ewigkeit nicht bedient wurden, Hatton wir unser Nachtessen wo anders. Leider such kein Moskitospray I'm Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess zu Wünschen übrig.

The hotel has an outstanding location and the staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. But the hotel seems to be run to look nice rather than function properly. The WIFI is frankly non existent which I would say is an essential when charging such a premium for a hotel. Rooms are on the small size and lack basic things such a shelves in the bathroom for towels and anywhere in the shower to place shampoo etc. The water was rarely hot so cold showers are the norm most days. If they improved a few details, specifically the WiFi I would consider returning but as it is now, I wouldn’t come back.

Enjoyed staying at Cargo88. Such a unique property! The staff were friendly and service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

The property has a nice ambiance and the lobby is beautifully decorated. We got the superior twin room but found it to be a bit small and missing a few things that would make the stay excellent such as a soap holder in the shower, a sanitary bin in the bathroom and wardrobes that do not make a load sound when closing. I would also advise that they do something about the flies in the dining area as they can be quite annoying and there should be an easy solution to this. Otherwise the staff is super friendly and the front desk staff are particulalrly accommodating and attentive. I really appreciated the jazz music that played in the lobby and dining area and the spa was neat and clean - I had a good foot massage.

Love this place. Wonderful night life. Shopping mall and restaurants across the street. Very friendly and capable staff. Nice rooms. Will always stay here in Lusaka.

Good customer service.

Issues with Wifi. When my room is closed, then the wifi was very bad in my room. Informed staff, but nothing changed. I think the room is too far away from Access Points.

This hotel concept was brilliant. I am definitely staying there again when I am next in Lusaka.

The management need to improve on their guest services

It’s a new building with modern facilities. Charging points cater for different chargers and all the staff are simply the warmest as can be.

Alternating cooked breakfast menu if possible please.

I was very pleased to stay at Cargo88, I loved the Roman how the used the cargo to made them and you don’t feel like you’re in a cargo container Only when I ordered some meat I said medium rare and it came well done but I have to eat because I was starving hahaha but otherwise I will come back again!!
