Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort

The hotel is upscale. It has its own sunset cruise boat. The food and drinks were excellent on the boat and were included if you booked the sunset cruise.

It was great, my wife and I loved every moment. Great location, very clean and good service.

We had the most amazing time at Radisson in Livingstone. Such a beautiful place with extremely friendly staff. If you want a couple of days to relax and enjoy the beauty zambia has to offer this is the place for you. Special thanks to Samuel (guest relations) for making our lives so easy!!!

Did not like a lot about this property

The accommodation was overall really good. However, the food in the restaurant wasn’t anything to cheer about, though the breakfast was quite decent.

Lovely new build hotel. Restaurant staff need better training. Lovely and friendly people just inexperienced.

All is great. But my stay was short

Exceptional! Firstly, it is one of the newer properties in the area and is very well maintained. The service was nothing short of excellent. No question was unanswered and the staff (particularly Samuel) went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and an overall great experience. The food options were plentiful and very flavorful, both al la carte and buffet. I indulged in the spa which didn't disappoint. I went back a second time just prior to my departure for a massage and facial. If interested, the sunset cruise is available everyday around 430 at the hotel and a Boma show I believe on Sundays. The Victoria Falls is very close by as are other attractions. Icing on the cake is the site of elephants outside of the property upon exiting. This was by far my favorite hotel stay and trust me I've traveled A LOT! I hope to return in the future. Thank you to all of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel. Radisson n'a pas lésiné sur la décoration et le service ! J'ai eu l'honneur de faire faire mon check-in avec Simon, qui a été gentil, professionnel, à l'écoute et souriant. J'étais dans la chambre 209 qui donne sur la piscine et le fleuve, une vue parfaite pour le coucher du soleil ! Forcément, comme est en bord de fleuve, il y a pas mal de moustiques, mais l'hôtel fournit un spray anti-moustiques dans chaque chambre. La chambre était très bien agencée et décorée, grande, propre. Le petit déjeuner offre tellement d'option qu'on ne sait plus où donner de la tête. J'ai fait la croisière sur le fleuve organisée par l'hôtel et c'était excellent, un moment très agréable. La nourriture était bonne. La piscine du spa est également splendide et est accessible sans forcément faire un soin (350 Kwachas). Tout le personnel est poli et souriant. Cependant, j'aimerai donner une mention spéciale à Thomas, Maté, Innongé, Linda, les 2 maitres-nageurs, et Simon pour leurs sourires et bienveillances.

Beautiful calming oasis Perfect to come back to and relax after a day's rafting, safari, quad biking or many other activities in the area. Gorgeous setting, amazing team of people on hand to look after you. Lovely pool area and gym Great food and drinks

Home away from home!

The property is absolutely stunning

The hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable. But for such a nice place the staff were not that great. They weren't very friendly or attentive. The nicest staff were the guys that carry your luggage, the cleaning staff, and the lifeguard. The food was just ok. The best thing about the hotel was the sunset by the pool.

What an absolute paradise this property is. I can't possibly think of any reasonable suggestions for improvement. Staff, food, grounds, everything was absolutely perfect.

Excellent breakfast buffet for vegans like us with soy and almond milk, fresh fruit and sugar-free does fruit galore, and huge selection of breakfast cereals. The breakfast waiting team even went the extra mile and surprised my wife (and me) by congratulating her on her birthday with an African song and dance and a cake. Would stay here again.

Amazing! Every part of the stay felt like a lush experience. The pros: the staff were all absolutely exceptional. If you are traveling with children they offer a babysitting service - Juliet was beyond amazing with our infant while we went on an excursion she was too young to join us for. From check in to check out we loved every second. The view from the deck is just breathtaking, particularly for sunsets. You can hear hippo grunting in the background and often are greeted by elephant on the road into the hotel. The room was fully kitted out and had every little thing thought of. From bath salts to have a soak, to the Nespresso coffee machine and little treats waiting for us on arrival. They provided a wooden crib for our infant (pre book if you need one). Our only con was that the restaurant service was very slow. Food often took over an hour (room service often was 1.5hrs). While it is Africa and things may take time (the food was delicious), this was one point that made it a bit tricky as the location is well out of walking distance to any alternatives. Breakfast was absolutely sublime. Shoutout definitely needs to go to Juliet, Alfred, and the entire team for their friendliness and professionalism. We also really enjoyed the choir that was singing as we arrived.
