1 Service front desknya terrible.
2 Mendingan ke ando & yun lain aja deh, too crowded yg disini, apalagi masa pandemic, you don't want to have human contact too much, do you?
3. Padahal udah appointment waktu tp ga dilakukan pengerjaan tepat waktu. Kronologi:
A. Janjian jam 3.
B. Sampai lokasi jam 3 kurang, nunggu utk cuci rambut 30 menit
C. Cuci rambut jam 3.34 to 3.37
D. Jam 3.40 masih harus nunggu utk dipotong HINGGA JAM 16.15
Literally wasting your time like 1 jam di salon dan cuci rambut 3 menit
E. Jam 16.15 dikeringin sampe 16.27... nunggu lagi...
F. Akhirnya dipotong jam 16.43 hingga 17.05...
So, you guys evaluate ya berapa lama waktu yg udah waste utk nunggu.
Kalo time managementnya ga bagus begini, don't even make appointment at the first place, ga ada bedanya yg walk-in sm uda janjian... so save your money babe and go elsewhere.
4. Hasil ya sama aja kayak ando n yun lain. Kurang lebih jg sama yg lebih ga rame.
5. Jangan banyak ngarep dikasi service apalagi yg pake voucher traveloka
6. Overhype, overprice, and overrated.
7. Cuci rambutnya kurang bersih ya, ga tau apa krn buru-buru atau gmn.
8. My suggestion: coba time and people managementnya diimprove, bikin booking quota per hari dan data forecasting yg walk-in, khususnya di weekend. Kasian jg stylistnya, literally ga keliatan sempet ke wc (yg handle aku waktu itu)
REMEMBER: When you don't value someone's time, do not expect people to value your time either, apalagi your service.
