I had an amazing experience. It was very good!

I did the morning class, and the chef was great, very knowledgeable and funny. You take 2 boat rides to get there, which I enjoyed. The setting where the cooking class is held is beautiful and every meal we made was delicious. It's one of my favorite things I've done in Vietnam and I'd highly recommend it.

I know there are hundreds of cooking schools in Hoi An but I can't imagine a better experience than we had with Tin Tin. As others have mentioned, you start in the local market. Then a short boat ride to the cooking school, very pleasant. She shows you how to prepare a dish as a group and then you have your own station to do it yourself - everything is well explained and she gives you the recipes at the end. The cooking class was really good and we cooked some tasty dishes.

The first stop was the local market to buy the ingredients for lunch. Everything was fresh and beautiful. After shopping, we got into a boat for a ride down the Thu Bon river to our island destination. Six of the people were vegetarians, yet the chef was able to adapt to their needs. The food and instruction was excellent, four tasty courses, so much food! With so many cooking experiences to choose from it is difficult but I am so pleased I chose this one, a great day out!

Having been picked up at our hotel by Hiem, we followed her to the market where showed us how to select the best produce for our food classes. We then traveled by boat to a small village where we were shown how to make several dishes by Hien supported by her colleagues who helped prepare the ingredients and replace the used plates etc. Overall it was a great couple of hours and we were then dropped back in town via minibus.

Vì mình có con nhỏ và mong muốn các con được tham gia vào các trải nghiệm thực tế nên mình đã chọn một tour nấu ăn. Điều làm mình khá thích thú ở chuyến đi này chính là việc đi thuyền qua rừng dừa! Khi đến lớp thì mình thật sự rất ngạc nhiên. Không gian, cách bày trí rất thơ mộng. Buổi học này cả gia đình được hướng dẫn làm 4 món ăn thuần túy Việt Nam. Bạn hướng dẫn tận tình chỉ các con các nguyên liệu, cách nấu, cách bày trí. Đây là một tour rất xứng đáng để thử.

Sekolah ini adalah puncak perjalanan saya di Hoi An & nilai terbaik dalam hal kesenangan, waktu, kualitas, pembelajaran, petualangan, dan uang! Setelah menjemput kami di hotel, pemimpin juru masak kami yang luar biasa, Hien membawa kelompok kecil kami melewati pasar terbuka di mana dia menjelaskan apa yang kami beli dan menjawab semua pertanyaan. Perjalanan yang menyenangkan menyusuri sungai. Area memasaknya luar biasa. Keempat hidangan tersebut adalah: pho bo, lumpia udang & babi, banh xeo, dan bun bo nam bo. Sangat disarankan!

Nhi was a great guide of the day. We boarded a row boat and enjoyed a quiet relaxing ride to the class, through the water coconut forest. The class was exciting and with a lot of steps. I have eaten these dishes before but for some reason, they taste a lot better in this class! I met new friends from France in this class and we all had a wonderful dinner underneath the lanterns while enjoying the sunset. It’s a must-do class in Hoi An! I wholeheartedly recommend it!
