It was a right choice to choose Gran Melia as my staycation hotel in pandemic situation. this hotel totally beyond my expectation. the experience before arrival (I have to fill several survey and my preference for period of staying), even touchless check in and check out. the hotel prepare overall safe procedure (body check temperature at every point of occasion), give access to sanitizer every where, and also all sealed and labeled as sanitized stuff like room door, telephone holder, towel, etc. also they give you free face mask and hand sanitizer as extra amenities :))) you will totally feel safe and warm with their hospitality. the breakfast was amazing and tasteful. I will totally comeback here again to have a safe staycation in this global pandemic situation. thanks Gran Melia :)
