Gorgeous property!

This was a very chill, but upscale property. The food was delightful, even accommodating gluten and dairy free needs and the cafe had Rishi tea. The pool was very nice and had enough chairs for guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Left feeling refreshed.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was attentive and kind.

Amazing property and the staff was incredible! From the guys who helped us to our room on the golf carts to the waitress in the bar, everyone was amazing. Only complaint was that the water in our room wasn’t terribly hot. The service team came to work on it right away but it never really got very hot. Otherwise a great experience and we will stay here next time we are in Tucson.

The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice. We paid for a "mountain view" which ended up being a view of the back of the pool bar and the ability to see the mountain from the side of the balcony. The room had a unpleasant odor and one evening there were loud construction type noises coming from the pool bar we faced. We called the front desk and we were told staff was unaware of what was going on. We saw a staff member arrive to investigate, but the noise continued after 9:00 p.m. and we just went back into the room. No one called to follow up even though we were told we would get a call. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

This was unfortunately a mixed bag, the property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason they ran out of guest towels for the pools and didnt restock them for about an hour and a half, our room bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink drains whenever we used the sinks, and the property was undergoing walkway renovations during our stay which made getting to and from the parking lots and other areas on property a bit of a pain. Overall might stay here again. Recommendation if you stay here, bring a humidifier with you, for some reason the room air is exceedingly dry.

Check in was time consuming and hindered our schedule. The time our room was ready was a whole 2 and a half hours later than check in and three a curve ball into our plans. Room was decent.
