Sangat puas!!! Staff yg bersahabat. Agak susah ditemukan lokasi. Tp dgn google maps segalanya jadi mudah lengkap dgn jurusan dan waktu tram menuju ke lokasi. Dapat kacang n coklat swiss gratis. Lokasi dekat dgn pusat.

Very expensive for what it was, bathroom was tiny and amenities were outdated

Great staff! Small room and very small bathroom. Construction outside. Very good breakfast and attentive server.

Lovely location and wonderful staff. The whole area has the walkways under construction, so that was inconvenient, but not a reason not to choose this hotel.

Muy bonito y buena localización. Lo único negativo que encontré es que el cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado. Se pone caluroso para dormir. Para que entre un poco de fresco hay que abrir las ventanas y por lo tanto entra el sonido de la calle. A veces muy ruidoso. Gente hablando, carros, etc.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to tram stop, river, restaurants and shops and many tourist hot spots. We booked a cosy comfort room and it was very cosy. Really no room to move with 2 people and 2 cases. Perhaps look for a larger room if you can. Awesome Thai restaurant next door

Great breakfast included, close to transport and lots of things to see, good options for eating. A COOP close by to get anything you need

Pillows were flat. Aircon turned off after a couple of hours and had to be switched back on. No shower curtain door so whole bathroom soaked.

The staff was very friendly!

The hotel is both modern and old fashioned—personalized tiny rooms honoring authors and providing samples of their books, the breakfast is both homey and abundant, a wonderful place to stay and to keep on returning to!

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville le parking payant (36€/jour) est a 5mn à pied. En revanche pour se garer près de l'hôtel pour déposer les bagages c'est un peu problématique. Accueil sympathique, personnel disponible et avenant. Petit déjeuner à 16€ et très correct. système des clés très pratique. literie par contre un peu trop "molle".

Breakfast was very poor. Not to many choises. It is rated too high for 3 stars. The advertisement says that includes 2 free water bottles and they charged me 30 plus dollars for the water. I would never go there again. Not recomended.

Fussläufig vom HBf gut zu erreichen. Ebenso war die sehr gute Lage für den Marathon von Vorteil. Mit dem Frühstück für Marathonteilnehmer hatte ich überhsupt nicht gerechnet und fand es darum sehr aufmerkssm ind mitgedacht deitens des Hotels. Danke dafür.

3 night stay for start of Switzerland tour. So convenient short walk to tram stops. We received early checkin which was a real bonus after 14 hr flight Rooms are small but comfortable lift is tiny but we were on 3rd floor and used the stairs. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The city was doing major drainage so cab had to drop us off up the hill from hotel. Not an issue for use 70 year olds but there will be some people that wouldn’t be able to cope with the disruption

Hotel normal, buena ubicacion,las almohadas muy incomodas y la señora de la recepcion que atiende el turno de la noche poco amable mientras que el señor de la recepcion que atiende de dia muy amable. Tener en cuenta que la calle donde esta el hotel esta en reparacion.
