Sangat puas!!! Staff yg bersahabat. Agak susah ditemukan lokasi. Tp dgn google maps segalanya jadi mudah lengkap dgn jurusan dan waktu tram menuju ke lokasi. Dapat kacang n coklat swiss gratis. Lokasi dekat dgn pusat.

Hard to access hotel. Small room. Staff was helpful and hotel was convenient.

Clean room with enough space for two adults and two kids. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. We also loved the little bar underneath the hotel.

No air conditioning. Overhead ceiling fan only. It was very warm at night.

Lediglich eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen, aber der Ventilator an der Decke war gut. Eine Baustelle um die Ecke hat den Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt.

Clean room; super staff; great location; decent buffet breakfast; nice bar / cafe at the ground floor --- all positive. Rooms and property are a little dated would be the only negative. Good for couples and groups.

The hotel was lovely- perfect location near many restaurants and walking distance to train stations. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately it doesn’t have AC in the room we stayed in and it was very hot during the night- even with windows open. We came during a heat wave. The drain in the bathroom shower also had trouble draining. The staff tried to fix it. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in Zurich!

The hotel was nice and clean. Located on a cobblestone side street. Breakfast was included. Location was great. No AC but ceiling fan worked well. Cafe on ground floor. When we arrived the front desk person named Alejandro made us feel at home and answered all our questions. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. On a side note Zürich is very expensive for everything and even tap water is charged at cafes and restaurants. There are water fountains everywhere with potable drinking water. We swam in lake Zurich and went to Lindt chocolate factory. Oden Cafe was great with super service.

Nice hotel in a very convenient area for walking around old town Zurich. Lovely breakfast room and delicious breakfast.

Ein wirklich schönes, kleines Boutique Hotel, inhabergeführt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

We loved our stay at the Altstadt! It's small but so lovely and we had a wonderful time. Super friendly staff and the breakfast options were great. The only downside to mention is that while there is an elevator, you still need to go up a couple of stairs to enter the hotel and then a couple more to get to the elevator. Just something to think about regarding accessibility.

Very small space for 4 people..but staff was friendly and overall comfortable

Parking is a 10 min walk away in a public lot. Aside from that it was great. But if you are booking this place for the claim of having parking, consider elsewhere.
