A classic cocoon in the hustle bustle of Buenos aires. I have stayed at this Sheraton for more than 15 years, it keeps its classy, comfortable characteristics with a considerate, well trained and polite staff

Good but I paid forma room at the club level, and the lounge was on reconstruction so I have no access despite Expedia offer and I paid for it. In summary I was scammed by Expedia and the hotel.

Hotel stay was excellent! Taxi service from hotel not so good! Highway robbery! No reflection on the hotel though!

The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower.

facilities are old and well used. Bathroom water faucets were difficult to control. Staff was amazing!

Good hotel in Central of the city

The conditions of the room i got was very poor. The level of humidity was extreme. The clothes felt wet at touch. Expensive for the value. Not breakfast included. Old towels. Too bad. Location and views are great. But won’t return until they renew or restore the rooms.

Wow what an experience Luxury at its finest, a 5 star hotel & the service was resilient, accommodating & extremely kind I’m very happy. Can’t wait to be back in Buenos Aires so we can stay at our “home”.

The hotel is getting a bit tired, the rooms and carpets could do with refurbishing and the pool is looking dated and in need of a makeover too

Everything old ,check in very slow, no bath amenity.
