Rating & Review Keseluruhan Four Points by Sheraton Catania Hotel & Conference Center

Séjour globalement correct, mais nous avons été fortement dérangés par le bruit extérieur. Le matin, les départs bruyants en car de certains clients, et le soir, les nuisances sonores liées aux établissements nocturnes situés sur l’avenue, ont considérablement perturbé notre repos.

This property is managed perfectly. From the staff to the options. Everything was fantastic. The food is amazing and the servers so polite and accommodating. The front desk is managed very well. The rooms are clean, items are replenished daily. The next time I’m in Catania, I will be staying here.

Tirando um dos quartos possuir carpete o restante foi tudo excelente. Camas muito confortáveis e produtos cheirosos. Pessoal do restaurante bastante atencioso. Jantamos lá às duas noites e foram muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é excepcional, muitas opções tudo de qualidade. Sentimos falta de água disponível no frigobar. Havia uma garrafa na mesa indicando ser cortesia para membros do programa do hotel e somente na saída soubemos que era cortesia para todos. Nos concederam gentilmente late checkout para um dos quartos o que nos permitiu voltar do passeio e nos preparar para pegar nosso voo de volta. Recomendamos muito o hotel.

The hotel is fine for only transit, but I do not recommend it for tourist and not at all families travelling with kids.

Great staff! Great in-house restaurant, but nothing else around! Not even a path to the sea. No restaurants! Workout facility limited. Great breakfast!

We had to change room twice Once for duct noise 2nd time Smelly plumbing.

Really enjoyed the stay. Had a lovely big room facing the sea. The bed was big and very comfy. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the pancakes and pistachio cannoli. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I’ve ever tasted. Everything about the stay was just right and fitted. Perfect.

The property was too far from the actual town of Catania and there was no shuttle to the centre which was surprising considering that it is a 4 star hotel. The bath tub is very high and difficult to get out of if you are a short person like me. The whole hotel is very much stuck in a time-warp and looks like it was built in the 70's with nothing whatsoever having been changed or updated. There still are ash trays stuck to the walls outside the bedrooms!!! The artwork all over the hotel is offensive to members of the Catholic Faith. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ottimo soggiorno x viaggio di lavoro a Catania. Posizione ideale anche per godersi un pò la vita, apprezzando la vista sul mare (anche se fuori stagione) e i paesi sulla costa nord. Abbondante e variegata colazione con anche specialità locali. Stanze da letto un pò datate ma nel complesso ancora un bel hotel ****. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire dell'area wellness, chiusa per manutenzione. Bisognerà ritornarci. Alla prox.

Good location but Standards are definitely falling down at this once great hotel

Standard hotel. The property is old and some rooms have been refurbished. Surrounding area has limited tourist attractions.

It was amazing stay. Pleased with good service experience from thr start at check-in to check-out.
