Had a great stay

Room was ok, rug was damp in some areas, night time shuttle driver was rude, lady in the breakfast area was rude to guest in front of us so we left.

Not the best Holliday Inn I've too. One of the elevators was out of service. My room was clean but they didn't have enough towels to accommodate the people in the room.

Clean hotel, stayed there with a a family and felt very safe. The breakfast was disappointing, yucky food and full of flies!!

Checked in and went to my room and it was assigned to someone else. Had to go down to the check in desk twice. They were very accommodating. I was asked if I walked in on someone. No I did not walk in on someone!

Nothing

Convenient to Mohegan Sun, but that is the extent of the positives. Musty smelling, dark and damp room, dated furnishings and carpets. Only one working (slow) elevator. It is worth the d tea money to stay elsewhere, unfortunately the reviews were more positive than the actual reality of the property. Really depressing overall property. Front desk folks were pleasant.

It is a nice place but pillows suck..lol..and the waitress at the restaurant is very disrespectful...and slow...talking rudely about Asians, and there was a wonderful Asian lady sitting next to us who heard the whole thing...other than that, rooms were nice and clean and very spacious..

Location great close to the casino. Hotel terrible room, air conditioning not working properly and the elevator too. Floor was dirty and smells awful. Staff very friendly.

Staff was friendly and apologetic that our room was not ready at 6:30 PM. Clean bed and sheets but rug need some cleaning and the shower was dated with terrible water pressure . Ice machine was not working on our floor.

Used to stay here all the time and it was clean, bright and fresh. This time it was dirty, smelled horrible and hot!

Our stay here was terrible. We stayed here for our daughter’s dance nationals. We checked in one of the elevators were down. We had to wait at least 5 minutes everytime we needed to use it a couple times we almost waited 10 minutes to be able to get to our room on the 4th floor. The hallways smelled terrible and were extremely muggy. We went to use the vending machine to get ice and the smell was terrible the trash was over flowing and all over the floor. Conditioner in our room had 3 pumps left in it which was not enough for our family of 4 thank god we traveled with my sister also in another room and she brought her own. Our shower was disgusting, it was chipped all over, moldy and rusty. Went to use the pool and they had no towel left on the towel rack in the pool area. Husband went to go ask the front desk and we were told they didn’t have any and that they were short staffed in housekeeping and behind due to this in laundry so they do not have any towels. This is concerning. As a family of 4 if I didn’t have my own towels and had to use my shower towels what would we have used the other nights we were there to shower? Also concerning are our sheets clean if your so behind? Needless to say we stripped our beds and the kids slept on there throw blankets from home and my husband and I slept very uncomfortably with just a sheet. Overall awful sleep for 2 nights and awful experience.

The property needs some renovation and better cleaning in some areas

The propery is nice, quiet and sereen.not our first time there. It's always decent looking when we arrive. The front desk people are very attentive to our needs.

Well, whenever I arrived at the hotel to check in, there was no attendant waited for about 15-20 minutes. Walk back outside parked my car grabbed all my luggage. Walked back inside and waited another 5 to 10 minutes for the attendant to finally come back down supposedly the sixth floor to check into my room and the bathroom was dirty. Very wasn’t clean very well. Not the best experience I’ve had at this hotel.

First room’s AC wasn’t working, room smelled musty, stains on upholstered seat, wooden furniture base all chewed up. Glob of something on shower floor that I almost slipped and fell from. We were moved to a new room and it was 200% better. Facility is outdated and needs a remodel. Ate breakfast at on site restaurant. Food and service were very good. Check-in staff were very friendly and attentive.

Staff was helpful with local info, place was quiet great sleep .

Took management 3+ hours to take care of a bunch of unruly guests. Then it took 4 officers to get them off the property. Issue started at 1030 and officers weren’t called till 1am
