This was the perfect spot for what we needed

Loved the staff and property.

Check-in process was seamless. I loved the bed! So comfortable. Room design was modern but not obnoxious. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Had an amazing trip stay with our family at the Murano!!! It was the kids first time in a bigger building and everyone loved it! Great artwork throughout the whole hotel, an all around cool place to stay!

I loved that the hotel upgraded our stay to a beautiful corner room! It was very beautiful! There was lots going on but it stayed quiet and peaceful! I love this hotel!!!! Will be back next year for sure!

Issues: !. The property was hosting a dog grooming event. There were dogs and dog hair throughout the facility. I am okay with a dog friendly hotel, but this was too much. 2. We were on the 7th floor where they promote breast implants. There were pictures of breasts and implants in the hallway and in our room. My 12-year-old son was uncomfortable. 3.The last night we asked the front desk for dinner suggestions. Upon return to our hotel room, it reeked of marijuana smoke. The front desk said it must have come from the room above us. The smoke and smell could not have come from the room above. It is apparent that someone entered our room while at dinner and smoked marijuana. I spoke with the front desk who sent housekeeping up to the room. When I opened the door, she could not believe the smell. She sprayed and opened the window. The front desk was unable to give us another room. Our clothes reek of marijuana smoke. The hotel offered to refund $80. Our two-night stay was horrible!!

It was fine for an overnight with our dog though after $28 overnight parking and $30 overnight for the dog and then no microwave for us to heat up our frozen dinners we had brought along for dinner, it was quite pricey.

Everything was wonderful except the breakfast. Could have a few more options.

Great location, excellent views of Mt.Rainier and a nice peaceful area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks at the bar.

The staff seemed very nice however our heat didn't work in the room we booked so they moved us to another room. But the heat still wasn't that hot.

One night stay, booked expecting 4 star but would call it 3 star at best. Hotel was old Raddison?? remodeled in last decade but falls short on details in the rooms, bathrooms and lobby such that it feels sloppy. Beds were comfortable. HVAC not great. Linens just ok. Bathroom fixtures don’t match the sink in function or form and tub was chipped and low flow water. Bottom line fine for one night but not elevated by any means.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Clean rooms, ours was quite a large room. The breakfast (included with your stay) was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels cereals, delicious coffee etc. We will definitely make this our place to stay in Edmonton. The staff were helpful and very pleasant

It was nice but service was lame.

My husband and I had scheduled a night away from kiddos and dogs and planned to stay in the hotel, watch movies, eat room services, and enjoy peace and quiet. The tv was incredibly small, didn't work at first, the phone was broken (had to use on speaker) and the room was tiny. We wound up just going home shortly after checking in.

Very comfortable bed slept great Had to wait awhile for the elevator 10-15min A/C was not working
