The staff was excellent! Very convenient location everything was very clean. The air-conditioning in our room was noisy and the biggest complaint was our bed it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in very hard and super loud the box underneath would make loud popping noises every time you turned over or got up. So the other person would wake up every time you move. The parking was also too expensive.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were great and beds very comfortable. The thing I disliked is this hotel is a big money grab, pay for parking in the garage which is an extra $44-$55 depending if you want self park or valet. Then breakfast came, the buffet was pretty good, they were out of some stuff which I thought no big deal, family of 3 had a quick breakfast, nothing fancy but the bill (yes bill for breakfast) came and it was $92 for the 3 of us. I was unaware of the cost per person and we didn’t even eat a lot or get everything that was offered. That bill was too steep for what we had. Overall besides them charging for everything at a premium price, the stay was pleasant and nice, may stay again for a quick getaway

The a/c sucks. The room service was absolutely pathetic. Had to go downstairs to get my own salad dressing after 45 min and 2 calls to the front desk. Had to change rooms as soon as we check in due to the ac not working, phone not working and tv not working. 2nd room had missing hand soap and soap bowl(other room had it). A/c sucked and tech shrugged at us like we are crazy cause it wont go below 71 degrees. Oh and we leave the $45 parking a night garage the hotel key didnt work even after the front desk "updated" my check out. Its right on thr riverwalk so that was nice. Other then that just stay somewhere else.

It was a great location and very clean and felt safe. The Riverwalk was beautiful.

The property is on the Riverwalk and has a lovely Atrium. Very nice and clean. Parking is expensive so plan on that. Centrally located and has live music on the weekends.

Immediate access to the best part of the River Walk. 5-star hotel with all the quality and comfort expected. Clean and spacious rooms. Love it.

I gave this hotel, a nine out of 10. It was an easy check-in, hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. But, there was only one coffee cup, and I had to request more from the cleaning ladies. The next day, we had no coffee cups and the cleaning lady said she did not have any coffee cups on her cart either just lids. So we had no coffee on the second and third day in our rooms. Nor did anyone come to clean our rooms.

No closets no directions on how to get someone or something in the room. Only an okay experience
