Great location and the staff was nice. The only thing is there is no free parking but that seems to be the case with most downtown hotels now.

Good

It was okay; there was water damage in our room, and the carpet was pretty old and dirty. It definitely could use an upgrade, and the hallway outside our room on floor #22 smelled like mold. I expected better for a Hyatt; I was disappointed.

Staff disinterested and drunk guests smoking at the pool. Left without staying the night. Shirtless homeless man sitting in lobby as we left.

We were unable to watch much TV when in the room as it continually went in and out with stalled viewability and audio. The water pressure in the room was not great either. Other wise the room was fine but did have a musty smell to it. Our door did lock but you could still see the hall light when closed/locked, which made it look as though the door was slightly open.

When trying to check in about 45 minutes early, was told room wasn’t available yet. When original check in time came, was told room still wasn’t ready, asked another staff member who was able to get us a room right away. All of which made us late to the event we drove 16 and a half hours to get to. When getting into room, both headboards had rips in the fabric they were covered in. There was hair and some type of liquid gelled to the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, comfortable beds,

The hotel was nice but it is very dated. The furniture in the lobby was old and the carpets as well. I did see a person there talking to management and I think they were discussing changes to the lobby. The room was on the 22nd floor (top) and we had a great view of Great American Ballpark and the football stadium. But the room was nothing to rave about. Just a bed and a chair. The tv was on a bad angle, or the bed was. The bathroom was older tiles and the shower wasn't great. In all, it was clean and safe. I also didn't like the way the bed was made up. It was as if it was made up sideways. I couldn't pull the covers up properly. Very confusing the way they did it.

There was a lot of construction around the property

For the price, the hotel is older without some basics you’d expect with a stay. TVs are not smart TVs. Stained carpets, hallways with odors, scuffs on walls and furniture. Valet is $49 for one night. Escalators were down. The best part about the stay was that the staff in the restaurant was kind.

The studio room was huge and easily could have fit like 10-12 people to hang out in. It had its own full fridge and microwave. Plus chairs and l-shaped couch. The biggest annoyance was the unfriendly front desk staff member who didn’t even welcome us when we arrived or thanked us for staying there. She barely said a word and just slid over the room key without even saying what room number it was. She didn’t direct us where to go and didn’t give us any information at all. We traveled for a week across the Midwest throughout various hotels, this by far was the worst welcome of them all.

I loved the look of the room! Very spacious! I didn’t enjoy the low water pressure in the shower. And there was a ver prominent stain on the settee in the room. Bed was very nice and comfy.

Great stay

Nice views of downtown Cincy. Within walking distance to several places. Lovely indoor pool on 5th floor. Restaurant food was pretty good and the drinks were even better. Twenty-four hour “market” for late night munchies, beverages, or toiletries with a library off to the side to enjoy your beverage and a book if you wish.

Elevators were quick and fast and since we were on the 22nd floor that was a good thing!

The staff was super helpful and the grounds were nice. We did have issues with the main plug in the nightstand between the two beds not working. Easy walking distance to Great American Ballpark!
