Vapor seal broken on my window…couldn’t see outside view due to condensation. Low water pressure and no free water in the room. Staff was friendly. Gym is very nice…great equipment and location is great!

Good location, friendly staff. Avoid the restaurant though, overpriced and food is terrible.

I liked that it was connected to the facility where my daughter had competition. It was nice and easy to just walk back-and-forth.

The proximity to the venue of Rupp Arena is worth staying at this property, however the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The ADA accommodations were minimal at best, but we were only there for a concert. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet services are worth the additional cost, as parking is minimal and across busy streets. Food on property was fine. It served its purpose.

Our air conditioner didn't work. They called us at 11:15 pm, woke me up to tell me they didn't have a credit card on file. 11:15 pm??? TV had channel menu but absolutely no explanation as to what was on the tv on that channel. Valet service was great though. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. We were told it was every other floor. Not true. We stayed on 8th floor and 7th didn't work either. Had to go to 9th. Clening staff took our trash but didn't replace the trash bags. Did refresh towels though.

Need new commodes

This property is old and in serious need of updating. The Expedia pictures do not match the property itself. This property was way overpriced for its condition. There was so much dust behind the mirror in the bathroom I actually saw a dust bunny fall.

Stephanie was kind and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable. We'll stay again!

Housekeeping really didn’t restock the room or keep it clean the way it used to.

It smells like mildew and it’s not well kept

The outside noise in the hotel room was loud, it made it very hard to sleep. Every car that drove by sounded like a race car going by.

Great atmosphere

Paid for a room with a view and the main window had a bad casket and you could not see out. Stared at the window fog for 2 days.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the arena, the reason for our visit but the doors connecting the buildings were closed making us go outside unnecessarily. The hotel has a small inconvenient unassuming entrance. The property is so dated and dark making it look run down. They severely overcharged for the evening. The air did not work in our room. We had to change rooms initially for a horrible smell and heat. The hallways look dated and paint is chipped and uncared for. Our bathroom ceiling was dirty with hair on it and stains. Hyatt was the brand back in the day but this was horrendous.

Our room was as spacious and the hotel was quiet at night. We enjoyed hanging out in the bar, and the lobby is appealing.

My room smelled like weed. I was told that parking across the street was free by the outside attendant and the lady who checked me in and both failed to let me know there would be a ticket that needed to be validated so I had to pay the next morning to get out and send an email and go through extra steps to get reimbursed. Also there was not one bar of soap in the room for hand washing or in the shower.

Excellent stay, great location….
