Rating & Review Keseluruhan Long Island Marriott

It was the perfect location for my one night stay. The hotel is lovely, if the room a little dated. The staff was friendly and kind. And if took less than 15 minutes to get to the office.

You think Marriott and you think comfort. Not this one though. I give it 3 stars because they gave an early check in and the bar tenders were very helpful on what to explore.Towels were like sandpaper, no ATM on sight as it claims, and the night manager hovers over the workers like they don't know what they're doing. I would recommend another hotel but the bar tenders are cool

Had a leak in the bathroom ceiling when we arrived. They immediately changed our room and were so nice about it!

Needed to change rooms because a/c didn’t work. Property needs some maintenance touch ups and breakfast was overpriced should be included.

Convinced place to stay. Fair price!!

The room was clean and comfortable but we had to call housekeeping because there was ONE towel in the bathroom. No amenities like shampoo... and one teeny tiny bar of soap. A bit cheap on staples.

The condition of the room was very poor. The sheets were old and seem to be dirty. There were dust in the ceiling fan and holes in the wall. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Initially we were given a handicapped (disabled) room. I went to the front desk and the agent provided us with another room. Outside of that, everything was excellent. My experience with the Long Island Marriott has always been a positive experience.

We were able to reserve the lounge for an after graduation reception and everyone had a great time. Thank you.

Cold shower water, loud refrigerator, elevator buttons need to be pressed multiple times to work, no luggage carts. Had to book two back to back rooms because unable to extend existing reservation earlier--but could make a reservation for the identical room for the day earlier. That meant we had to check out and back in for the same room, at which point all the keys stopped working, and we had to wait in another line to fix them. Housekeeping is amazing... The rest... Not so much. Only staying because close to Hofstra, otherwise not worth 1/4 the absurd $400/night rate.

Nice layout in the lobby. The sports bar and lounge area had a good vibe. Rooms are spacious and necessary decorated.

Good things: comfy beds, great restaurant, very friendly staff, very clean Bad things: no water pressure, air could not keep the room cool, refrigerator squeals and when anybody in the hall closes their door it sounds like a bomb exploding.
