Clean and spacious rooms, comp breakfast, great price

Great location, excellent breakfast included, clean surroundings.

The pool is small And in an enclosed area, wish it was rooftop outside. Also they chafed $65 for valet parking and 25$ fee… too many hidden fees. Staff were nice a complimentary bfast was a plus.

Everything was nice for the price point. We did not participate in the happy hour but I heard good things. Bed was comfortable, the sheets felt good, bathroom was fine. Only complaint I had was that the breakfast thing began closing 40 minutes before the states close time. As such, by the time we got out of the omelette line, all the fruit, yogurt, toast, danish were all put away. After eating half my omelette, I wanted more coffee, but the sweeteners were all put away. Very convenient to shopping, the Gaslamp District…

The valet parking was the problem was advised at the car rental that we had damaged the front license plate on the vehicle and was not told by staff that they hit something.

Cobran mucho por el estacionamiento. Ademas te cobran 25 usd obligatoriamente. Los cuales puedes usar en restaurante o snacks. Pero si no quieres comer ahi como quiera te los cobran.

Overall, the property is nice. The issues I had were that the room had a smell like it was cleaned with a dirty/moldy towel. Also, one of the sinks had a very slow drain, and one of the shower doors didn't slide open, which made it difficult to turn on the water.

Great location in downtown with rooms That can overview the bay and Harbour. Breakfast is quite busy if you come after 8 or even close to 9 and offers are limited but overall ok. They serve free drinks from 5:30-7pm which is nice. Limited to two obviously per person but still great. We really enjoyed our stay despife the 60$/ night for parking.

Overall all was good experience. Hotel was good but our room has certain not pleasant smell. The breakfast was ok. Location was great.

The Bar sink did not work but Khlaed made sure to get us a new room where all was functionable. The breakfast and afternoon reception. are great and Location is prime.

Property is great. Walking distances to a lot of shopping and dining. They only do valet parking for $65 per night and they charge $25 daily for snacks. Only downside is that room service didn't maintain our room even when we request for it. Very disappointed for that.

I like that mostly everything was walking distance! Hated the parking situation and the price for nightly parking was outrageous but the hotel in it self was wonderful

Room was a bit used looking (ie. Stained carpet) but seemed reasonably clean. Staff was great.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Although I do expect more from an Embassy Suites property. Unfortunately our bed was extremely hard and worn out. It was very hard to get any sleep. Housekeeping said they put a mattress pad on the bed, which turned out to be just a blanket and offered no relief. I advised the front desk but no remedy was given. I believe the mattress was old and needed to be replaced. I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties and have never come across this issue. This property needs to do better.

For the first time, I can actually say this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I checked in about an hour and a half early. And right when I checked in at the time I was supposed to they still did not have my room ready better yet, I had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes after I already said I will take what’s available. The room was very cheap. I’ve had lower budget Hotels look better than what I paid for. If you’re looking for housekeeping, maybe some extra towels or extra pillows don’t bother; even if you call multiple times you’ll never get them especially after the person you speak to says they will be right up. An hour later no pillows nor towels. I wish I can say anything good about this hotel but unfortunately, I just can’t because I did not have a great experience not even an average experience so unless you’re on a budget, do not stay at this hotel.
