Room is so old

Carpets could be better but the toilet paper was like sand paper. Bedding was great but again toilet paper was the cheapest

Property needs serious renovations.

Staff was great. Location was great!

Well surroundings may get be safe Iam really not sure. Staff wonderful and professional.

This hotel is a very dated Westin on the edge of the historic town area. It is a healthy walk to restaurants. The in-hotel restaurant pushes it expensive buffets. The hallway carpeting is lumpy and threadbear and emits a stale musty odor. The room less so but all in all it didn't feel very clean. It's time Westin gave this hotel a brand make-over.

The hotel amenities upon arrival were wonderful. The interior was a bit dated but very comfortable. The location was exceptional. It was a short walk to all of the sights. We had a wonderful time.

Pas dormi de la nuit, pas d’air climatisé et on m’a dit d’ouvrir la fenetre… party de rave toute la nuit jusqu’à 5hr du matin dans le batiment a coté… Tres maivaise experience… on m’a offert un indemnité de 12 Euro!!!

We stayed 3 nights, the hotel location is walking distance to old town. It has pool, sauna and gym. The hotel is old dated and definitely needs major upgrade!

Very dated rooms albeit clean and comfortable.

The property conditions were poor, carpet coming off, baseboards broken. I was a little surprised for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was the best part.

Sucio y viejo muy diferente a las fotos que tienen en la página de hoteles.com Solicité cambio de habitaciones o reembolso y me dijeron que miráramos otras que estaban aún peor y que tampoco nos podían reembolsar porque pensamos en irnos a otro hotel . El de la recepción molestó y de una manera despectiva nos dijo que ni modo Los corredores sucios , deteriorados , tapetes manchados y la habitaciónes con mobiliario roto

Room felt dark and outdated. Great location, your standard hotel room, no complaints.

5 star hotel, everything was excellent.
