I loved that it was a new facility, clean, well lit and tastefully decorated

Hotel was ok. We just needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. We liked that there was no carpet in the room and it was clean. We did not have much staff interaction but the interactions we did have was pleasant. I think they missed to mark by a mile for the "modern boutique" style they were going for. As stated in other reviews, it is loud in the room at night since its right beside the highway.

The property and staff were excellent. Except for my first night, the stay was good. On my first day, outside my room was a large water bug which the staff quickly took care of when I notified them. Later that night there was a large water bug in my room. The night agent quickly assigned me a new room. After that though I found it hard to sleep. There is no carpeting in the room but the floors were nice. The rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Overall the property is very nice but they need to work on the bug issue.

Great location to get the Casino or National harbor. The staff was great!

We come here about twice a year. Always a good experience. Property is kept up well. Love the shuttle service to the Harbor, MGM, Tanger outlets!

For starters got checked by two ghetto females, got inside the room all for the tv not to work I so had to call downstairs to have maintenance come which ended up being damn near a 30 minute fix. Bed was super uncomfortable, loud inside and outside, bunches of crowds parking out back during night hours, hallways/ elevators was dirty, it was a huge disappointment and I would never, ever go there again. Only thing that was A+ was the hot water, the downstairs restaurant and the pillows, cable was giving bootleg.. tv only had basic.. I mean the lowest of the lowest channels, I mean channels no one even watches.. just a bum hotel all in a nutshell. DONT DO IT!!!

Recommended by family. Pricey First time at facility. This was a family gathering. Liked the parking on facility.

NICE HOTEL, CLEAN AND SMELLS VERY NICE ON ARRIVAL. STAFF WAS NICE AND POLITE.

Booked a family trip for my adult son, me & my husband. Originally received 2 rook keys for 3 guests. Pull out couch advertised as King size, not even close. Red solo cups found under the couch from someone's previous stay when we made it up. They should have made it up. Originally told we would need to wait until next morning for bedding to make it up. Actually cruel couch would be a better name for it for anyone over single age digits sleeping on it. Only 2 sets of towels for 3 guests. It takes 15 minutes of letting the water run on sinks and shower to get warm. Nothing fancy or exciting about this place for the money charged. Basically a place to lay your head at the end of the day. Real bed was not overly comfortable either. When checking out they didn't ask how was your stay or say thank you for staying at Harborside. I have had better stays at Hyatt House on the Wharf and 2 other hotels in National Harbor. Don't waste your money or your time for something so basic and the non-existent service.

Rooms are old and need renovation. AC was not working properly in my room.

Had a great stay. Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed the restaurant and the jazz lounge on Saturday and Sunday brunch

Shuttle was a great perk!

Breakfast is 10 plus, hotel super clean, the personnel outstanding, we will go back

The property was clean inside and out. The staff was welcoming and warm, it was good to see Maria from the restaurant was still there.

Very clean hotel despite one hiccup that I reported to the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was a resident of MD until 2 yesrs ago when I had ro move to Memphis. Every couple of months I fly back to MD to visit my family I've been staying at tje Harborside Hotel because of the cleanliness of the rooms; inside tje hotel, and rhw outside area. The employees are friendly yet professional and go out of their way to ensure tjat the guest have an enjoyable stay. I've utilized their free shuttle to the MGM casino and to the National Harbor. The Portum Restaurant provides delicious mesls as well. Also, free parking is an added feature of tje Harborside Hotel.

When we walked into the hotel we were impressed. We ordered 4 appetizers from the restaurant and they were delicious. The cheese steak rolls & jerk chicken taco's were amazing Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The hotel room was very clean and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The room was comfortable, the on site shuttle that was complementary to go to areas around the hotel was helpful. The food was excellent
