Great place to stay,Wonderful staff. Grandkids loved the pool and drinks from bartender. Night walk on beachwas Wonderful.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, so there are somethings that are unavailable but in overall is a great location and right on the beach.

The location is under construction which has taken out virtually all amenities which I get but it would be really nice if they would at least offer a coffee station in their lobby so their customers don’t have to leave the property just to get a cup of coffee in the morning!

Clean room, front smdesk was incredible, however the workout room being closed was terrible. I actually picked this over ones with free breakfast because of the gym and we check in and it closed.

Beach views were amazing. Staff was very friendly. However, no hot water in shower making it a little uncomfortable to shower with cold water.

Nice large room overlooking the ocean

This property is aged and in not good maintained condition. Particular negative aspects of this hotel: 1) a very large capacity water heater is inside the bedroom closet, which generate significant heat; 2) an incredible loud-noisy A/C equipment housed in another closet within the room; (two quirks I have never seen in a hotel) ;3) aged bathtub and toilet; 4) very limited counter space in the bathroom; 5) the pool and pool area are rather unpleasean and not worth os a "resort" hotel. Additionaly, the hotel is "under renovation", but this fact was not disclosed in the property details. In conclusion, I paid $201 a night (including taxes) for a hotel that is not worth $100 a night. TO BE AVOIDED

It was amazing

The property was very clean. Half of the building is being rennovated, however, you could not hear any of the rennovation. Balcony and pool are also being rennovated. We did not have an issue with this because we did other activities in the area.

First of all. Staff was INCREDIBLE! They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. And they have been dealt a difficult hand. The entire property is under construction. Which I wasnt told when I booked the trip. Luckily the beach access was open. Pool was open but it’s in pretty bad shape. The kids at the pool made a game of peeling the paint off the bottom and bringing it to the surface. They are remodeling the restaurant. We did order food and it was good… but the workers and smell off paint thinner was unbearable. Again staff was amazing and offered to bring it to our room or to the pool. Bless their hearts they tried so hard!! Balcony doors are all screwed shut because they are condemned. I can see the vision and I would def give them another chance. BUT I wish they hadn’t charged full price AND a “resort fee”. When the place is in such bad shape.

100% happy with my stay

Pool and balcony both closed. Room stayed warm even when AC was pushed down. We had stayed here on our wedding night 22 years ago and thought it would be sweet to come back for our anniversary. Would not choose to come back, not worth the price.

The reception staff were very welcoking and thorough. The bathroom is in need of renovations..loose tiles, vanity cracked and toilet runs constantly. Larger pillows needed for king size bed

Likes: The staff members at the front desk were great. Dislikes: The maids' came to our room 2 different days and we were not sure why because they did not speak english and nothing was accomplished. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. Didn't like that the hall to the rooms were not a conditioned area and all rooms air condition exhaust blew on us in the hall so was very hot. Construction shut down the room balconies, poolside bar and had to wait many times to use elevators due to construction workers
