We had no hot water for 3 hours we could not take a shower when we got there. And they said no hot water until tomorrow Terrible

Great location and nice pool

I know I saved money staying at this hotel but unfortunately it just was not up to expectations when thinking of a Holiday Inn property. There was a dark stain in my carpet, the wallpaper is peeling, shower had stains and did not drain properly, sink didn’t drain properly. Good things bed sleep well, nice pillows, good location, safe area, and close to metro for easy access to D.C. I would not stay here again I should have spent the extra $30 a night and stayed somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was good beds VERY uncomfortable

The place is very run down and needs remodelling.

The more staff was amazing! Stored our luggage, let us park out car before check in. During our stay we told front desk the little one had an accident on the bed and we needed a new comforter, we were told they coyld not give us a comforter. We had two rooms, they didn't clean the one room at all and only clean the other room one time.

Loved this hotel - great price; walking distance to metro, restaurants, and stores. Pool was clean and had lifeguard on duty. Kids enjoyed the pool. Used the washer and dryers for laundry a couple nights. Super friendly staff. Have no complaints at all. Great hotel for great price!!

Air conditioning didn’t work. No water from shower. No soap or coffee. No one cared

We have stayed here several times. The staff has s very friendly and accommodating. East access to the metro and the highway.

Pay for parking lot was very disappointing

It was ok. Elevator and halls were very hot. Our bed was never made. Also found it inconvenient that we could not buy a drink at the bar at 3:30 in the afternoon

Hotel was not worth what we paid! Elevators smelled as if they had not been cleaned. We stayed three nights and the lobby smelled like marijuana everyday. Our room was awful, they gave us a room with an adjoining room next to it but only one of the locks worked for the door. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain every morning. The shower/tube was extremely slippery, our oldest daughter slipped getting out, luckily she caught herself or it would have been pretty bad. The pool was the only nice thing about this hotel. It was outdoors, well maintained and the lifeguard was nice.

Rooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Maids were limited service. A self serve breakfast would be preferred.

Great service with the location meeting all expectations.

The property is very old and not being maintained properly. The AC in the room is archaic with manual controls. The thermostat doesn't work. Whole room gives a feeling of being damp. When we asked to change the room, we were told that all rooms are same.

During my stay, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused some delays, particularly during peak hours. Timely maintenance would help enhance the overall guest experience.

Our TV didn’t work at all and we were told to fix it.

It was a nice location that was affordable. The parking was also affordable and very convenient. The staff were very friendly.
