Centrally located hotel which we tend to use on our trips through Calais. Pleasant walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Dog friendly, easy parking helpful staff.

Rien a dire sur la propreté mais établissement vieillissant, matelas trop rebondissant, mobilier daté, trop chaud dans la chambre, côté mer bruyant avec rue très passante (pas de la faute de l'établissement). Sinon personnel a l'écoute, bon petit déjeuner etc...

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is easy to access and to find a free parking space too. The staff is ever so friendly and helpful. 100% recommend

I was stranded in Dubai. Requested a cancellation almost one week in advance and was ignored. Definitely not booking for hotels and in this hotel chain

Room was a lot smaller than envisaged based on description of a Queen room and the shower left a lot to be desired - wouldn’t stay in the higher position for me so had to hold the shower head, spray itself was poor and sliding door had black mould on.

Room was clean, staff friendly and the location was ideal

We left at 4.30am due to the clattering and banging of the central heating system outside of our room. It was horrific

Friendly welcome in great English - thank you! Nice quiet room, clean with good range of toiletries etc. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows.

It was cheap and cheerful , really good location for restaurants and bars and the Christmas fair - could have more tea and coffee in the room , staff were friendly and the rooms were clean - the only downside was the music at 2 in the morning but that's not the hotels fault - it was very central to everything and free parking - would stay again due to the location! Breakfast was good so no complaints really .

Please encourage housekeeping not to speak loudly in the hallway before 8am
