Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn SAN ANTONIO-RIVERWALK by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Checked in was great. Got to room, notice a little water on floor. Called front desk, maintenance came out with in minutes. They noticed a small leak coming from wall feom the bad rain. They quickely got us to another room. Next morning manager offered us breakfast buffet for 5. Very please. Very clean and friendly staff. Will book this hotel again when we make it back to river walk San Antonio. Thank you.

Upset because we were not advised the pool was under construction. It would have been nice to know before booking. Hotel is clean. Friendly customer service. A/C could be cooler.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The best part was it was right on the Riverwalk. Had a little issues with parking even after I paid for it. I would definitely stay there again

Upon arrival, i was told i didnt have a reservation. They couldn’t find it.A manger-staff was able to find my reservation after I had reserved through a third party. Stay was pleasant.

Property was dirty. Elevators were dirty and bathroom was not clean.

The location is excellent! You’re right on the river walk with so many restaurants nearby and a beautiful atmosphere.

The area is convenient for sure. The hotel itself, not impressed. When we got to our room we noticed the bathroom had a previous guests travel packed shampoo and conditioner in the shower still. The walls are soooo thin so you can hear the doors slam throughout the night. We heard the people above us all night. The walls in our room were pretty dirty, the small areas between the bed and wall you can tell had NOT been vacuumed or cleaned properly. Although. the staff is sooo sweet and kind. My biggest thing here is I understand you can’t do anything about the doors and the thin walls but the cleanliness could be a lot better.

We liked the room and plan to stay again in September, the hotel is very close to theaters in the downtown area.

Excellent stay other than the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The mirror was very dirty and so was the door. Other than that it was a very nice stay. The staff was exceptional!

It was dirty ! They give you the same sheets throughout your stay.

Hotel is good clean nothing special in the facility for the price, but the customer service and staff are great

En la aplicación se menciona que hablan español en el hotel y casi nadie hablaba, la única persona amable fue el valet parking, de ahí en fuera el personal de hotel el trato fue como de muy a fuerzas el trato, no hablaban español, la habitación muy pequeña. No lo recomiendo!!

Everything was really great except for this morning when another guest was given a key card to our room. The front desk was very apoplectic, but it was quite unsettling to have someone try to open the door.

The pool was not working and we were not informed before our stay. It’s hot and we’re in texas.
