As previously everything provided for comfortable, convenient stay while visiting family. Rooms always clean, comfortable and staff helpful

Séjour de 3 nuits , le ménage n à jamais fait ( poubelle pas vidée , lit non fait ,serviettes non remplacées ,….) Personnel à l accueil désagréable : jamais un bonjour quand vous arrivez Wifi qui fonctionne très mal , se coupe tout les 15 mn Par contre la chambre était correcte, et le petit déjeuner était correct aussi

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, ausreichend groß. Auch das Badezimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, hat sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Great staff and clean, updated hotel. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Room was clean and decent size for 1 person. Bedding was not very comfortable, including pillows. WiFi was inconsistently working and unreliable.

Tlw. nicht sehr freundlich. Hotel eher schlecht geheizt. Zimmer sehr klein, Dusche und Lavabo im Zimmer nur durch Vorhang getrennt. Wasser läuft beim duschenins Zimmer.

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Keulen. Alles op loopafstand.

La habitación bien, de acuerdo a las fotos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Kamer was netjes en schoon, medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk, hotel zit mooi centraal dicht bij het centrum en oude stad. Mooi gelegen aan de Rijn.

Staff was really unkind to my neice, I thought it was ok, just not as friendly as I am used to, which is fine. The issues were with the room, gorgeous room BUT the shower was leaking, the hair dryer worked for a bit then died THEN the sewage smell was absolutely terrible, wifi was off and on, no lifejackets for kids for pool, not very kid friendly in general

Everything needed for short stay to see family. Rooms very clean, comfortable and well maintained Situation great for location and transport.
