Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn WASHINGTON-COLLEGE PK (I-95) by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is okay, looks a little shabby. Convenient if you have a concert at Northeast stadium. Even with traffic, it only took me 20 minutes to get back. Lots of places to eat nearby. The cleaning crew was great. The breakfast crew and food was great.

So! I must say overall, the staff was impeccable! If I can remember the young lady's name that assisted me at the front desk...I would shout her out to the top of my lungs! Professionalism was top tier and she helped me with getting a decent enough room where I wouldn't be located close to the stairs nor an elevator. She definitely went above and beyond. However, the only reason why I rated the hotel an overall 2 stars on the cleanliness aspect of the room was because our room seemed very much damp. Damp in a way where the carpet was smelled like mildew. There was ants on the bed. There were ants on the countertop; where the microwave and the coffee maker was located. On the bed...yes thee bed. The AC for some reason just was not cooperating the way that it was supposed to, and Maryland usually not being a humid state, this summer is giving Florida where Im originally from. Everything else was kool just gave wet and not fully dry. Even though my stay was short where I just needed somewhere to lay my head for a couple of hours and then I was out. It was very much kind of uncomfortable, but I made do. I didn't want to be that person to keep switching rooms all weekend, just for a 48-hour stay.

The staff was nice and the pri e was right. The hallways smelled, the beds are uncomfortable and alot of people hanging around outside.

The AC unit kept me up most of the night, so I did not have a restful night. The AC unit was too loud, and whenever it shut off, you could hear sounds like someone emptying a tub of water. The front desk staff is okay.

Clean ,comfortable room ,good AC, nice staff. Was nice to witness the elevator getting sanitized/ wiped. That gave a good clean feel to the building. Not bad price for the area. I'd stay again,but probably ask for a room on opposite side of highway so road noise isn't constant all night,although the AC fan helped with that.

Adult pool party that went on for late hours. Bulidung has serious plumbing issues.. Not as family friendly.

The room given was on the first floor. It smelled damp, the bed had an odor to it and not comfortable.

This hotel smelled so good and very clean. I was able to check in early. Will stay again.

I would say it’s okay to stay here for one night maybe two, but I stay past that. The toilet in my room was not working properly. I informed the front desk and was told that a technician would come and take a look at the toilet however, I had issues with the toilet my entire two day stay. The hotel ran out of clean washcloths and hand towels for the guests to utilize. Lastly, it was difficult to find parking. The staff at the front desk were friendly

Black mold in room with a musty stinky smell. Horrible. Ice bucket in the room they moved us to had mold in it as well. Never staying at the place again.

Price discrepancy. The initial price quoted on Hotels.com was $247.80 for two nights, but I was charged $347.80.

You could really tell that the lobby and tower one had been remodeled. It was pretty nice. As soom as you walked thru headed for tower 2 it was lacking. AC was non existing. In the hallways and rooms. Room was clean, but the carpet didnt feel clean. The pool was at least wet. Someone needs to take a look at it. When i swim i would like to see the bottom of said pool. It was dull almost cloudy but not in a good way. A nice sitting area would have been helpful. Some shade would really have hit the spot. The back entrance ciuld really use a cleaning. And last but not least, the smell of weed in the halls and right outside all entrances was a bit to much.

Nice bar area, friendly staff, right off the highway with close amenities. This site had spring mattresses that was a bit uncomfortable, the toilet handle was loose, and they didnt leave enough rags and towels
