Bed frame actually broke when I set on it. I weigh 170. Floor in bathroom looked like there was vomit on it. Fridge didn’t work. No knob. The only good thing was the A/C.

Breakfast was hot and good, friendly staff.

Not the best neighborhood. Room was comfortable. People wandering the property were a bit sketchy.

Woke up to massive roaches in our bed and the pool and hot tub were out of service. Other than the the room itself was nice just wish it couldve been a bit more cleaner.

We refused to stay there sfter checking in. There was mold on the ceiling, brown water stains in the bathtub and sink, the floor was coming up and broken, the bed sheets were stained and had burn holes, crumbs on the bed. It was totally filthy.

The pool was closed. The bar hasn’t appeared to have been open in some time. The conditions are run down. Sketchy area and individuals around the hotel.

They didnt tell us the pool was broken until we tried to use it. Also there was a cockroach in the room.

Not only was there trash, needles, alcohol bottles and dog poop all over the property, but the inside is falling apart structurally with mold and water damage. People let there dogs runs round off leash which made it difficult to walk my dogs and they were loud barking all night. The general manager was rude and disrespect tired to over charge us and kept our deposit which was cash and wouldn't return our money.

The restaurant is NOT open, and that is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. The outside of the hotel was littered with trash and in all lacked general cleanness inside the hotel. Rooms had nice floors but walls, and ceilings were all in need of repairs and good cleaning.

The windows were smashed in some of the rooms and the pipes were leaking in the halls. One person smoked weed and the entire floor could smell it. One person played music and everyone could hear it and feel it. The chef complained TO THE CUSTOMERS about not wanting to do his job. Made everyone feel like they were a burden on him for showing up for breakfast an hour before it closed.

Very accommodating

Bed was one of the more comfortable ones we have found. New HVAC in room. Pool and spa in great condition but surrounding rooms were not. Parts of the room had been redone but the older tile in the bathroom showed black marks and previous repairs. Bathroom vent was filthy. Lounge was closed and breakfast was cancelled with no notice.

The property continues to make improvements, it was neat and clean, staff very helpful and responsive.

In bad condition. Didn’t check in due to how run down and shady people was in parking lot trying to sell colognes. Went to another hotel and wasted money on this one.

They need an exterminator to kill all cockroaches, they were crawling all over the bathroom.

So to start off it had a musty smell when i first entered into my room looked around didn't s anything wrong. woke up middle of night too use the restroom .roaches baby's big inbred all over crawling under bed small babies running around. Not fair to rent to people with family's or even single. Could not sleep at all after words had place for two days only slept one day in Room. I'd rather take a lots on money to sleep another day in a place like that. Felt like they were crawling on me when trying to relax on the bed but like i said i could do it one night there was bad enough..

Booked based on name recognition. Property was not well maintained and very run down. I wouldn’t stay again, I will avoid Clarion properties. Friends staying at same location reported problems with bedbugs. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly which is only upside.

I like the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is great. Linens were clean. Other than that the property is filled with broken glass, trash and cigarette buttes and a lot of beer bottle caps and debris. The outside of the room had beer bottle caps all along the sidewalk and empty beer bottles in boxes where the stench of old beer was coming from where there had been a party. Tenants in said rooms of the party were noisy and lacked consideration for the other guests. The bathroom tub faucet was leaking water in a constant stream the bathroom was in bad shape from the walls to the tiles. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water from leaking to the floor. The pool had all kinds of lost things at the bottom of it. I’m guessing it hadn’t been cleaned and the hot tub need to be cleaned as well.

Great staff, working thru construction on property. Parking lot in dire need of repair, lots of potholes. Bathroom very small in comparison to room size and definitely needs renovation - definite problems with caulking and mold around tub shower, wallpaper lifting in shower, barely able to close bathroom door by toilet.

Good price it a decent place I go all time there
