Rating & Review Keseluruhan Ramada by Wyndham Boise

The property has obviously been recently renovated from another hotel business and there was some still small amounts of construction debris in the bathroom area It appeared that there were sliding glass doors that had been turned into full length windows other guest would stand outside of talk loudly after hours. The highlight of the facility is the Indian restaurant in the building. Superb food and great staff. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.

Close to major road arterials. Has a nice sized pool and exercise area.

Building was not maintained very well. Broken doors, broken phone, outside of building looked like the place wasnt open

When I parked there was an Alex guy on the side of the building that was smoking pot! Yuck so bad. I thought this was a first class hotel but it’s a dump!

The bathtub was honestly disgusting. It was filthy, full of hairs like from shaving and drippings that were never scrubbed. Around the drain had pink grime around it. The forniture including the coffeemaker was dusty. Our microwave got stuck and I couldn't opened it to take my food out so... my daughter said " the microwave stole our food" haha. Other than that, the bedding was clean and nice looking. The lady in the lobby was very cordial and attentive.

The room was dirty. The tv didn't work when we got there and the microwave didn't work. The sheets had stains on them. Garbage on the floor.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and our war not open for visitors

The room was very dirty. Stains on the beds. The refrigerator did not work. Felt unsafe outside. The breakfast was a joke. No one at the desk for check out. The pool was not maintained. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody. The door to the room would not close properly and had to be physically pulled and pushed shut with force.

The only positive was the woman who checked us in.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were pleasant, rooms are clean, beds are awesome I slept like a baby. Would recommend to anyone

They had no hot water and had not had any for a few days they said when we told them. But they did not tell us when we were checking in. Pretty sorry!!!

Except for items left, in the refrigerator, by prior occupant(s), everything wàs exceptional.

Nasty nasty soap dish was held on with h/vac tap dirty under sink don't know if it was feces or puke floor slippery like skating on six layers of urine I didn't stay a hour be for I checked out

I was supposed to have the biggest room that i booked and they booked it to someone else's and still charged me for the suit

Room was extremely outdated, not vacuumed and the bathroom looked like a jail cell

The room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The website says the restaurant is a steakhouse, but it is now an Indian restaurant. The restaurant was closed early on a Friday evening. There were also sketchy looking people wandering around in the parking lot. We didn't end up staying here - we left to go to another hotel in the downtown area. The front desk staff at the second hotel told us that people leave the Ramada and other hotels near the airport and come over there all the time. They also told us the Ramada is not safe and there are drugs and s3x trafficking going on in the parking lot there. Do not stay at this Ramada or at any other hotels near Boise airport!

Breakfast was just adequate. Room was clean and comfortable. We had some trouble with the tv but staff sent someone to help
