This place is great if you’re looking to stop by the great sand dunes. It is a little outdated, but the rooms are still clean and cozy. There is ac and great shower water pressure. Town isn’t great, but the staff helped us a ton find the hidden gems for some great lunch and dinner. Staff was lovely and this is a great and easy spot for the price.

Room was clean but property needs some updating. The door didn't latch well, often the key card didn't work. The game area and pool where thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We had a room that looked into the atrium/game room and the air coming in from the AC always seemed stale and breakfast was ok, but nothing great. Staff was friendly and helpful

Nice staff, clean room

Staff was friendly and helpful, and room was fine and clean. Breakfast was somewhat meager - only hot food was waffles, so there was a line for that. No yogurt or oatmeal. There was a toaster, but no bread or bagels to put in it.

Our experience was kind of a mixed bag. The hotel was kind of tired. We did not use the water park, but the slide and hot tub were not in use and it had an abandoned feel. The hotel layout was kind of strange. But our room was large and clean, the staff very friendly, breakfast was basic but adequate and the price was good. So for us it worked.

As others have said, the hotel is rundown and in ill repair, as well as as dirty. Hygiene everywhere was suspect, bed was lumpy and had to go to second room before finding air conditioning that worked. however, Kate, who worked at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Really great place to stay for a family.

I liked the room size, mattress and safety bars for the tub.l didn’t like the lack of management around maintenance and housekeeping. The breakfast was lacking protein. The fitness room was very nice but again the lack of housekeeping was obvious.

I think the glass sliding doors allow in too much noise, but I am not sure. I could hear music all the time; not sure if that was from the lobby or another room. Kids loved the foosball, pool table, table tennis, and the pool. It was very affordable.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I recently had a neck injury and specifically came to this hotel for the swimming pool and hot tub. The large pool was dirty, the hot tub was broken and there was feces (dog? child?) next to the kids pool. And the large water slide was closed. To the manager, I recommend putting the information about these closures on the website.

Only stayed the night. Hotel is little dated but not bad, clean and comfy. Lots of activists inside hotel, ping-pong, pool table, foosball. Breakfast area good size provides standard room temp/cold type options plus waffles. Only thing will warn is the water gets hot hot, like could burn you hot which one you know this is manageable.

Had a mix up on booking. Meant to book comfort inn, not quality inn for 2 nights. Wasn't aware of their policy on cancelations. Decided to stick it out for 1 night being tired from travel. Tried to cancel 2nd night immediately but was unable. Was not comfortable due to lack of cleanliness. Tried to cancel again the next morning at early checkout but unsuccessful again.

Great stay!

Booked 3 nights had no choice but stay cuz all other hotels in town were booked but only stayed 2 nights!! Very disappointed in Expedia should check out hotels this was not what was shown on web site! Oh and full hot breakfast was only a waffle machine!!

Property needs updating

Very dirty!

Pool is freezing and slide is shut down. Old building. Staff was nice.

Person at check-in not friendly kind of rude and uncaring. No first floor rooms available and didn’t care how my disabled husband was going to get to the second floor as NO elevator. I booked 2 rooms with king beds and accessible shower and received neither. I don’t remember if I paid more for this or not. Entry way and hallways were very dirty. Room appears clean. Beds were comfortable-only positive! Water either very hot or Luke warm. Not sure how you have the name Quality hotel -no quality here!
