Ocean was visible from room and outside back patio bar. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Room service top notch. Great food and menu.

Beautiful hotel on singer Island

Liked ocean view...tub and shower broken, parking fee was outrageous, very surprised to have to put up with an out of control ingrate's loud music, unruly patron in parking lot yelling screaming and laughing out loud at his cell phone, 2 squad cars making continuous trips through the parking lot, carpet in room dirty

Nice smaller hotel that was clean and inviting. I could hear someone snoring in the next room. Didn’t like the unnecessary $27 daily parking fee. Also didn’t utilize any of the extra ‘resort’ amenities to justify the resort fee. The ocean waves were too rough to go in the water and the beach too steep by the waves. The lobby store/cafe closed too early (9pm). The hot tub was really small but the pool was nice.

Just dirty and outdated

The entire staff were super nice and accommodating. Anything you need can be simply be brought to you as you enjoy the beautiful views and/or amenities. By far the best hotel/resort I have stayed in!

Muy bueno

Was not the room I booked. Room did not have body wash had to request 3 times before it was brought. TV remote control did not work had to request they bring a new one 3 times before it was brought. Cleaning staff did not replace enough wash cloths for the number of guests in the room.

This resort has a lot of hidden fees

The staff was so friendly and helpful; the onsite bar and restaurant was very good - great food, drinks and service. The accommodations were perfect for a girls weekend - the room, the pool, the beach access and all amenities. Would highly recommend!

Was only able to view the college and pro football games at the bar

Private beach amenity is great.

I've stayed at this hotel several times but this was the first since the renovations and name change. Nice room. Little water pressure. Extra charges now.
