Fue mu excelente el servicio y sobretodo muy conveniente y cerca de los lugares que queriamos visitar.

Room was clean, right off the highway without hearing the highway.

Clean but a lemon of a room with issues with the toilet, hot water and heater. Hotel addresses one but not all my complaints

Quiet and peaceful

This is a large hotel near downtown Waterbury, and maybe one of the few good choices. The parking situation is a little weird, as you have to park in a large structure nearby. But the staff is really helpful with any issues. There's a basic breakfast you can purchase at the cafe. If you have to be in Waterbury, this is a decent place to end up.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a good location. I will recommend the hotel.

Great stay

The check-in and parking staff were very friendly and efficient! Hotel has good proximity to food and shopping.

Very good stuff

The girl the front desk was very helpful in getting me into an early check in, in spite that there was a wedding party tht were checking out at the same time.

For the most part I enjoyed the stay. I as a little aggravated that the room had a toilet that kept running most likely some sort of internal leak. And I wasn’t happy that they don’t supply a microwave in their rooms. But overall the rooms were very roomy, clean and comfortable.

The staff were all welcoming and kind. Very sweet folks working at the bar/restaurant. Check-in was simple. Parking in the garage next door. And the sundry shop on site was well stocked. The room was clean with plenty of outlets. Replacing the carpet with tile would be a nice upgrade.

Didn't like the two people working the bistro. Am and pm. Both are unfriendly and don't appear to like their jobs.

Easy access to Route 84

The check,-in staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating.

Good location for passing through. Staff were courteous, helpful, and pleasant. There were guests in the bistro that should have been asked to leave because of their language but weren't. Room and beds were comfortable. Street noise was pretty loud.

The stay was okay. You can hear the noise of the traffic and pedestrians outside so sleep was difficult to get. That surprised me for a Marriott hotel. I would look for a different location next time I am in the area.
