The hotel itself is very nice. However, our room did not have hot water, and it was not possible to fix locally. We were relocated to a second room which was much better. The prices for the food were a little high, even by hotel standards. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and service-oriented.

First: the hotel is in terrible condition, very run-down and poorly maintained, and the pool and beach bathrooms are absolutely disgusting... Second: there were cockroaches in my room! Imagine how disgusting that was. I didn't ask to change rooms because my daughters were already asleep and it was late... Third: there are no vending machines on the floors to buy water or soda... Fourth: there's no staff to help you solve problems. It's a complete disaster!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After checking out, I discovered that my credit card had been charged twice for the same stay. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told it would be “fixed right away,” but days later the duplicate charge was still on my account. What made this worse was the lack of urgency from the staff. I had to call multiple times, repeat the situation to different employees, and still got no clear answers. A billing error can happen, but the way it was handled showed very poor customer service and zero accountability. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had such a frustrating experience dealing with something so basic. I’m still waiting for the refund of the duplicate charge, and until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this property. Double-check your bill if you stay here. This was unacceptable and completely avoidable.

The "golf veiw" room was "semi golf veiw" had to stand out on the balcony to see the water or right against the window. Other than that it was a great stay

The double bed room was actually 2 fulls not the normal 2 queens-was not advertised.

Hotel was a little dated, but you cannot beat the location and beach!

Room was not gulf view as promised, construction every day with no heads up it was going to happen. Awful customer service.

Staff friendly & room was nice and clean

The room was nice. The view was great. It's on the beach and there's a lot to do in the area. There's a trolley for local travel at a great rate. The second pool was being repaired so there was a lot of noise during our stay. It's referred to as a resort, it really didn't seem like a resort to me. Most of the staff were great with a few exceptions. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Gulf view. One pool was out of service for remodeling

room was clean although we had no shampoo or body soap that is provided in the shower. Balcony needs updating and was very loud in the area over the air conditioner units outside

Refrigerator (with freezer compartment) works! Nice staff, clean room.
