Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner et la piscine vraiment top. Bon emplacement avec l'arrêt de bus juste à côté de l'hôtel pour atteindre le centre de Florence. Cependant le restaurant un peu cher.

If you think the hotel is within walking distance of old town, be prepared to walk an hour one way. Hotel is also surrounded by construction. Cab cost is about 20 euro to take you to the bridge. Hotel itself is a bit run down. Pool hours are horrible 10:30-7. That means if you plan to use the pool you have little time to explore. The restaurnt food is not the best so wouldn’t recommend eating there. Better to walk 14min and eat by the river. The value is in a parking and restaurant being just outside the ztl line. Besides the front desk gentlemen who was extremely friendly from China (sorry did not get his name ) , not many staff members spoke English.

The pool is amazing. Location is not central but very well served with buses 23, 31 and 32. Breakfast area next to the pool wonderful. Rooms are good enough. AC works great. I would choose it again

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The central air conditioning could not be adjusted from the room, and the in-room phone did not work, requiring guests to go downstairs to contact the front desk. The front desk staff were unhelpful and initially refused to change my room despite strong unpleasant odors resembling a public restroom. I was only moved after escalating the issue through Expedia. The hotel also claimed they were fully booked. My pregnant wife experienced significant discomfort, including persistent coughing due to poor air quality in the room. Additionally, I found a nail in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards.

Comodo e pratico, ma un po datato in tutto. La parte che meno mi piace è L insonorizzazione. Si sente qualunque rumore da ovunque. La parte positiva è L ambiente piscina e il rapporto qualità prezzo

Alles was super. Goed ontbijt. Proper. Bushalte naar centrum naast hotel. Restaurant niet ver en lekker.

Desayuno bufet incluido en la tarifa de hotel, muy buen desayuno, muy recomendable.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. In the next room the phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to contact room service.

Ok hotell nära till buss ToR Florens centrum, hotell lite slitet men fungerar. Ok frukost, den personal som jobbar sliter stenhårt på restaurangen för att ta fram ny mat, plocka undan på bord etc och hålla igång kaffemaskinerna, känns underbemannat och man får helt enkelt ha gott om tid då hotellet vid vårt besök hade mkt gäster. Fri parkering vid vårt besök.

Inte så trevlig personal, dålig frukost, vi kom 07.00 när de öppnade och allt tog slut nästan på en gång. Inte ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, ofräscha badrum.

We were at this place for 2 nights, it was really good place, very friendly staff and breakfast fast was fantastic parking was safe. Overall it is a great place to stay
