Great

Great family resort.

This is a great property for families. It has direct access to the beach. Three pools, one just for kids and a hot tub. The on-site restaurant was really good I just wish the pool bar stayed open longer. The hotel is huge and very clean. My only complaint is they will not come clean your room due to all the sand you’ll track in without charging a fee. But they will provide you with a broom and dust pan for free. They also do not come in and change your bedding. I didn’t even ask since they were charging a fee to come and clean the room due to the sand. I figured that would be a fee as well. All in all I would def stay here again!

The bathroom tub wall had long hair on it before we showered. We told the staff twice to have it cleaned and it did not happen. The coffee was horrible.

Wasn’t very clean. Zero daily room cleaning… never received new towels over a 4 day stay, even with multiple requests.

The location right on the beach and the ocean view from our balcony room was amazing. However, what we didn't like was that there was absolutely no service or housekeeping. Guests were asked to throw their dirty towels and trash outside their door, resulting in smelly, messy hallways and an unpleasant experience. This property was also extremely noisy at all hours with many unsupervised, loud screaming children.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and right on the beach

The hotel employees were very nice! DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO THE 90 MINUTE SEMINAR. It turned into 3 hrs and they were almost like trying to force you into buying a timeshare! The room was very small and the floors were badly scratched up. The dresser was very outdated and one of the drawers kept sliding open. Walls are very thin. Was woken up to the neighbors getting it on for a few hours. I wont stay here again

Clean. Plenty of things to do around this area! Plenty of pools, instant access to the beach! Would come back again!

Location is perfect! Staff is friendly and helpful. Signage directing you to amnenities is confusing. Having to go outside to enter restaurant in the pouring rain is less than ideal.Food choices at Drafts is quite limited

Property was clean and staff polite, decent food options on site. No breakfast or free coffee in the lobby, showers dated with very low water pressure, could barely fit my head under the water.

Enjoyed the back bar. The guy was very pleasant. Food places are in walking distance. Bought a time share with them
