The view was nice, even if the room that was given was not on that side.

We drove around to get to the front lobby to check in and saw hookers walking around wearing little to nothing and parked in the basement parking that looked unsafe, the lobby looked decent, went into our room and it smelled like they cleaned with moldy rags, checked the room out and saw a cockroach and immediately said HELL NO! Went down stairs for a refund.

The hotel was not clean. Many roaches all over the room. Everything is out of date and I never got the $100 deposit back!!!

It was the worst experience. The room was dirty, and the reception was terrible. The beds kept sliding, and there was no shampoo available for bathing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There was no Breakfast.but other that that it was ok.

Poor customer, service, elevators, dirty floors on the lobby and on rooms very dirty. There was no iron available whatsoever. If you needed something you had to look for it there was no help whatsoever with the person else will not stay ever again at this property or any Ramadan did not like the service at all Poor poor service and we’re talking about the manager for being the manager on duty was totally unprofessional, asked for his answer said I hope I could find one Customer Kim’s in and ask for a cart to put his luggage luggage in and he respond. Hopefully, you find one.

Wouldn’t give us towels made us put our name on a list and never brought them to the room. They went and made the beds and never changed out the sheets.

Closet door was off its hindges, floor was sticky, and the noise was unbearable. Would not recommend.

The property overall is average. Some upgrades were done while others were not. The bay view is really nice on the upper floors. Reggie was the manager/ person that checked me in. He made sure everyone (in front of me and including me) was accommodated and well taken care of. He's patient and a one man show. I applaud his work and service.

This place used to be great. Had an amazing restaurant, fun entertainment and great staff. They last time it was like another world. Armed security scoping u out like u were a criminal just for checking in, no food, no karaoke, crime all over the place, dirty room. Very disappointed.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The first room I stayed in, underneath of the beds were completely soaked. They had to come in and fix the shower because it was leaking into the room behind us. The floors were sticky, the sink, everything was sticky. We then got moved to another room (they were resistant to move us). The other room was also sticky and there was a pipe above the sink that was coming down from the ceiling that was just dripping water. The bed sheets were also stained when we came into the room. There were yellow stains on the sheets. Then they charged me 16.50 for something out of my deposit?? Honestly not worth the price, this hotel should be $70 max.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that negatively impacted my experience. The property had significant noise disturbances, making it difficult to relax or rest. Additionally, the room towels provided were visibly dirty and stained, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. I was also alarmed to see individuals who appeared to be homeless inside the property, which made me feel unsafe. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and guest security moving forward.

Not a good area. Property needs a lot of repairs.

It was overall horrible driving into the parking lot there was multiple ladies with little clothes and men around them. Theyre was also a man running around in the parking lot. The sheets were very dirty with mystery stains, makeup stains, dog prints, mustard stains, and gems. The noise is very loud from the lobby and the cars passing by. Also they have a cockaroach infestation and When we called the lobby for new sheets we had to go down to get them just for them to be worst then the sheets we had previously.

Check in staff was rude and lacking costumer service room was bery badly kept paint on celling and walls we peeling off tv would not work

Extremely noisy. No trash cans in the room.

I didn´t like I found a cockroach in the bathroom and the floor was dirty.
