Clean and quiet, maid forgot towels, but they were delivered quickly. Good bed.

Hotel was conveniently located for places I had to go.

The room was not ready to check in at 5:30 with no estimate for how long and no amenity was offered for the lack of readiness

I stay here often, I have never seen a dirty hotel. I do wish all hotels would go back to everyday room service, this one has not yet.

Clean, Welcoming and comfortable. I was here for business and had a nice stay. It was quiet, the room was clean, everything I needed was there. The staff was very friendly and even let me leave my vehicle there for a few extra hours after checking out. I will certainly stay here again.

I love this place. If I find myself in Springfield Missouri again I will stay here.

Room was not ready . Had to switch to another room on 3rd floor . Room was very dated and bed was hard . Breakfast was cold .

Rooms weren’t available for check in until after 6pm

It was beautiful for the price breakfast should be included and have a microwave in the rooms

I liked the location and safety of the parking lot. Breakfast was not great for $7 each person, but it was okay.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff, but our bathtub drain didn’t close all the way to give kids baths

Beautiful lobby area...sad bar only open on weekends.

It was a decent stay. The room would not cool down too well, despite setting the AC to 64. It still felt stuffy.

Do not stay! Very dirty, horrible service at the hotel and coffee shop. Our water was very messed up with scalding hot water in both sink and shower. We had no blanket on our bed, they said they were out and gave us two sheets. I can look past it being outdated but it was very dirty, in both the hotel and convention area. Not worth $200 a night!!

Bathtub did not drain so had to wade in water while taking a shower.

We had an excellent stay.
